The bathroom was filthy! There was urine on the commode seat, the shower wasn't clean and a dirty band aid on stuck on the bathroom floor. The bed sheets were stained so we had to put towels on the bed just to sleep. Thank goodness I brought Clorox wipes to clean everything before we settled in. This is not by any means the quality of any Wyndham property we have stayed at in the past.

Room smelled like a cigarette. It was so bad it was all we could do to sleep in the room. The guy checking us in was rude and very unprofessional. The tub was nasty. They on put two towel in a room with 4 guests. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The air conditioning was broke, the sheets were ripped and the toilet backed up. Times two rooms I got. Not a great experience and they didn’t seem to care.

Conviently located right beside the casino , 2 minute walk .. room was clean . No housekeeping available though and we could hear people above us walking around all night .. otherwise not a bad cheap option , its the 2nd time we've stayed and would stay again .

Room was clean. Outside area unkept. Front desk staff did not speak except to give me all the reasons they would charge more such as losing card key, not coming in to check out, etc. Free breakfast was yogurt or cereal. Spoke to morning desk person and was stared at but never spoke a word

Absolute worst property I have ever checked into… we only stayed about 20 minutes before checking out. The room was disgusting, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the refrigerator was warm. The entire property smelled of weed. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. The person on duty refused to issue a refund.

The room was clean and right across road from casino. The bed was very comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The coffee maker in the room did not work but my husband was able to get coffee in the breakfast room. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with waffles, yogurt, apples, and cereal provided, if you wanted a more filling breakfast would need to go somewhere else to get it.

If you’re looking for a good place to sleep in between sightseeing or gambling, then this is perfect. It’s directly across from the casino and right down the road from a few local shops. Easy check-in/out process. I would stay again.

This is a super old property, depressing room colors. Waffles, coffee and juice is what they offer in what they call "breakfast". Some lights didn't even work, the room cleanliness was horrible, I lifted the cups and there was bug underneath it. Not sure I could recommend this place

I was ok staying here knowing the star rating was not that high since it was for 1 night. It was all ok until I found a bedbug in the bathroom when I woke up. NEVER AGAIN

Old - needs renovating; exterior looks fairly good but room interiors are dark/dank/ugly. Did have a nice, clean bed!! Hard to believe Wyndham hasn't done something to improve before putting their name on it. Minimal towels provided.

Across the street from casino
Motel, not a hotel. It is right across the street from Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. Much cheaper than staying at the casino hotel. Has all basic amenities like mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and iron board. Place was clean. Downside is you can hear the traffic from the main road. I was in the motel wing closest to road. Also, the vent in the bathroom was extremely loud. It wasn’t just mine. I could hear the vents from adjacent room as well.

Convenient and adequate.
The room was completely adequate. Very convenient to the casino. My sister's bed sounded like it was going to fall every time she moved, but it didn't. We were very shocked to have the manager use his pass key to come in one afternoon, see us there and flee. That kind of concerned us, but everything was fine.

Great location for casino and better price. They provide a little breakfast area in lobby which is nice. TV in room had a line thru entire picture and microwave didnt work.

Mini-fridge was not working. Front desk person that finally showed up after 5 minutes said the maintenance person would come over. Never showed. Had to buy ice to keep drinks cold. Went to turn in cards for the room and there was a sign stating the front desk person had stepped out and to place them in a makeshift basket. Over 20 cards in there, so it's easy to assume there had been no one at the front desk in 30 minutes or better. ONLY plus of staying at this property is that it's walking distance from the casino. Otherwise, I'd never book there.

Front desk manager was super helpful and down to earth. Staff was extremely nice. For the money, can’t beat this place and its convenience to the Casino. We stay here every time we visit Cherokee. No complaints. Not fancy, but an affordable place to lay your head with friendly staff
