Podere La Sterza-Il Fienile

Detached house that is part of a Podere consisting of 2 residential units. Ground floor consists of a spacious sun terrace, spacious kitchen and living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with separate shower and toilet and then a separate bathroom. Upstairs, the bedrooms open onto another terrace. There is a private swimming pool of 6 by 12 meters with a spacious garden and solarium and BBQ around it. The swimming pool is exclusively for the guests of our house.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 guests.

Fantastic holiday home
What a beautiful house, pool and garden! The bedrooms were all a good size, ideal for our party of 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cupboard space (unusual in self catering properties!). The hot tap needs to be used with caution as it’s very hot. The veranda area was lovely, although the flies were off putting (it was very hot), so we moved dinner to later in the evening when we could enjoy the bats whizzing past instead. The Weber barbecue was a hit. The garden had lovely plants attracting lots of butterflies. The pool area was excellent and It was very peaceful. My sons enjoyed watching the cats and dogs next door. We know the area quite well and revisited Lucca, San Gimignano and Pisa, but mostly relaxed. We had a fabulous stay, thanks.

Erholung pur!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern war die Größe des Hauses perfekt. An dem riesigen Pool oder auf der großen überdachten Terrasse haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Das alte Haus ist mit viel Liebe restauriert. Man sollte nur nichts im Supermarkt vergessen, denn zum nächsten größeren Markt sind es 20min mit dem Auto. Dafür gibt es viele wunderschöne kleine Dörfer in der Nähe zu entdecken.

Wonderfull Tuscany
Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, wir waren bereits zum 2.ten Mal in der Unterkunft. Das Haus und die Terrassen sind sehr schön und der Pool ist traumhaft. Das Essen, der Wein(besonders bei Sergio im Pieve de Pitti!!) und die Menschen sind einfach super und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Einziges Manko war, das 3 der 6 Sonnenliegen kaputt sind, diese sollten dringend erneuert werden und vielleicht etwas mehr Pflege der Außenanlagen(Rasen mähen und Laub fegen) Die Waschmaschine ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen, diese steht nach dem Schleudern plötzlich mitten in der Küche. ;-) Wir kommen sicher wieder! Tolle ruhige Lage, super Pool
Eine tolle Landschaft. Ein noch besserer Pool. Das Haus ist funktional ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 2 Familen da. Genug Platz im Haus und noch viel mehr Platz im Garten, auf der Terrasse und am Pool. Ein wirklich ruhiger Ort mit gut erreichbaren Orten wie Pisa und Florenz in der Nähe. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Kommunikation vor - während und nach unserem Aufenthalt mit den Vermieter war super.

Ruhig and idyllisch
Bis auf das Nachbarhaus sehr ruhig und isoliert gelegen. Alles sehr sauber. Das Schwimmbad ist gross und war bei der Hitze die wir hatten toll erfrischend! Die Gegend ist traumhaft, grün und hügelig. Hervorragende Lokale in der Nähe, von denen aber einige nur abends geöffnet sind.

Gezellige modern ingericht vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht bij het zwembad.
Prachtige omgeving. Midden in Toscane. Gezellige buitenruimte met relax sitje. Groot zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Modern ingerichte kamers. Goede keuken. Naast het vakantiehuis was nog een huis met veel dieren ( paard honden en katten). De een vond dat erg leuk de ander was er allergisch voor. Dus dat hadden we wel vooraf willen weten. Maar overall een toplocatie.

Tolle Lage, super Haus, super Pool
Wir hatten hier einen tollen Urlaub mit einer befreundeten Familie. In dem Haus wurde an alles gedacht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auf der Terrasse haben wir uns auch super wohl gefühlt. Bei Nachfragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag, ist hier genau richtig!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Sehr schönes Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details und kreativen Bädern. Traumhafter und sehr sauberer, gepflegter Pool und schön gestalteter Außenbereich. Ruhige Lage in dem weniger touristischen Teil der Toskana. 45 min zum Meer, 1:15 nach Florenz und Siena. Supermarkt und nächstgelegene Restaurants in 15 min Fahrt erreichbar. Problemlose und komfortable Schlüsselübergabe. Achtung, die Adresse ist etwas widersprüchlich und in der Gegend gibt es mehrere Podera La Sterza. Herrlich für erholsame Ferien!

Insgesamt wunderschön
Es gab ein paar Kommunikations Schwierigkeiten mit den Vermietern, da sie kein deutsch oder englisch sprechen und das Haus ist etwas schwierig zu finden, da es sehr abgelegen ist. Das Haus an sich ist aber wunderschön, mit ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten um das Haus herum, Kinderfreundlich und um Anliegen wird sich schnell und freundlich gekümmert.

Zoveel mooier dan op foto’s
Het huis, de tuin en het zwembad waren fantastisch! We hebben 10 dagen genoten. Het huis is ingericht met respect voor het authentieke karakter, maar is tegelijk heel comfortabel. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, de bedden liggen heerlijk en alles was heel proper. Het zwembad is nog veel groter en aangenamer dan gedacht. We werden goed ontvangen en alles uitgelegd. Ze kwamen iedere dag langs om het zwembad te onderhouden zonder ons te storen en waren verder super vriendelijk. Het enigste minpunt was de overlast van de vliegen (en andere insecten) wanneer we buiten zaten om te eten, maar dat is nu eenmaal niet te vermijden dit jaar en was overal het geval. Over alle bedden hing een muskietennet, dus ‘s nachts werden we met rust gelaten, zelf met de ramen open. Nog eens bedankt aan De eigenares om wat babyspullen en -speelgoed achter te laten voor onze eenjarige zoon. Kortom, we hebben een ultiem vakantiegevoel ervaren!
