Hotel is extremely run down. Random mismatched furniture in the rooms, old TVs, window screens all broken out, very limited breakfast- was out of syrup for at least 5 days without any staff going to get more and their main dish was pancakes lol, no fresh fruit, just a terribly maintained building altogether, hallways dirty and stained, lobby furniture stained and limited seating for breakfast.

This property needs some work and it needs to be updated. The walls had holes in them, the beds had uneven mattresses, and cigarette stains in the rooms, the vents were filthy, they had rust, the rooms I had smelled like cigarettes and they had to move me. Only one elevator and one ice machine worked, and the microwave didn't work in either room my family had, The staff told us they would bring us a microwave and they never delivered and we asked several times. The work out equipment in the fitness room do not work neither do the phones. To make it even worse when we went down to eat breakfast the fuse blew and we had to wait to warm up our food or make pancakes, etc.

The Front Desk Guy was really friendly and did a good job of welcoming my mother and I. Give this guy a raise. He was polite and professional.

The fridge would randomly make noises in the middle of the night for the nights we stayed there they only cleaned our room once but never after that and there breakfast was very limited and not that great.

At this price I had low expectations, and my expectations were exceeded. Not the Taj Mahal, older property, but the shower water was hot, rooms were clean, staff was helpful, and property was secure.

I stayed up till 4 am one night because the neighbors were loud, the jetted tub was nasty I let water in the tub and when it got to the jets something started floating in my water so I let the water out and didn’t use it

The side door did not lock. I called the front desk and they said they would fix it but it never did. One of 2 elevators were not working and there were a few half fixed repairs in the room. The wall must have had a mirror torn off and there was joint compound all over the wall. The rooms do not look like the photos.

I stayed there 4 days ago and still haven’t gotten my $50 deposit back. Outside was filthy. Elevators didn’t work. Breakfast was cold. Very disappointed in my stay

Very happy visit
the room was very clean, bed super comfy, and had everything I needed . Check in went smooth and the reception gave very detailed info about breakfast and things in the area to do.

Property in need of repair. Walking down the hallway and floors are very soft in several areas. Room was dusty bath bub, toilet and sink were clean.

We were there for thanksgiving, and the hot food was not delivered. There was rust on the tub, the walls needed to be re-done-in the bathroom the drywall was bubbling. THere was silly string stuck to the ceiling. The next day, friday, the dining area was not cleaned regularly. Although the front desk staff was nice, the lobby had couches with stains and other debris. I just felt unclean in this hotel. I will not recommend it to anyone.

The room was horrible. Stains everywhere on walls, furniture, lamp shades, tub, shower curtains. The box spring of the mattress was horribly stained and the dust and debris behind the bed and nightstands was a couple inches high. The door security latch would not stay in the secure position. Put a chair up against the door to feel safe. The sink was clean and that was about it. The room was a very reasonable rate but not worth it for the feeling of being creeped out all night.

Elevator was out so I had to walk around the outside to get in. Very noisy. Had a smell in room. And very outdated and delapidated items and walls. Needs updating.

Check-in was simple. Hotel is conveniently located. Room was huge and equipped with a Jacuzzi. Bed was big and comfortable. Only problems - no alarm clock in the room. Requested room close to front desk, but assigned room was way down the hall passed 30 closer rooms.
