Swimming pool wasn't working either one inside or outside. No breakfast, the heat in the room didn't work kept cutting off in the room. Very boring

I will start off with that we were not expecting a 5 start hotel. Just the basic, clean, being able to sleep,and some sort stability. We had to leave in the middle of the night beacuse people were fighting as well as dogs barking all throughout the night. Also, turned on the lights and seen 4-5 cockroaches. Not a place i would stay again or recommend.

It took 20 minutes to check in because the system was down. Neither of the vending machines worked. The microwave was nasty. I was so surprised to the condition of the hotel because it's under the Wyndham name.

The room wasn’t even cleaned properly. The sheets were not changed. They had bed bugs and denied a refund once I told them about the bed bug problem just nasty.

Dreaded Automatic Lights
Everything was good except being awakened by the ceiling lights because they were motion activated. So, if I adjusted in bed, the lights automatically popped on. I only had a few hours before my flight and I did not rest at all. That is the only reason I would choose another hotel.

I liked the hotel and would recommend it. The maid service was strange in that they came at various times, however the service was good. The room and bathroom were very clean. The public breakfast area was attractive with various dried foods Dr. Grey

It was good for the price. Close to restaurants and safe parking. The only issue I had is there are motion activated lights in the bedroom and during my moving around in bed the room lights turned on several times during the stay. Not a big deal just a bit surprising.

step up service and maintenance B4 it's too late
The service kind of reflect issues and certain elements of the surrounding area. The employees have not clue how to make this (not yet warn out) hotel an oasis from the outdoors. If they continue at this rate this hotel will not be good in the short future.

Awful, the breakfast was subpar. Make your own waffles or bruised apples, a juice dispenser that was out of order, had to pay a smoking deposit of 50$ and the entire hotel reeked of weed smoke. Will not be staying at this chain again

Considering we needed a room short notice it was what it was but we will not be returning. Our door did not have a deadbolt so we used our ironing board for extra security. There was constant door slamming. Bed was not comfortable at all . But on short notice you get what you get.

Staff was very friendly and informative. The Continental Breakfast could have been a little better, but does provide coffee, juice and Waffles. Very convenient to Chicago downtown as it is right off the major highways Beds and linen were GREAT!
