The stay here was great. We were staying at this location because our daughter graduated from Navy bootcamp. They had an info packet they passed out to Navy families that welcomed them and also came with instructions. Restaurants and shops were within close proximity. They only thing that I didn't like was that dinner service was closed both nights I was there. I chose this hotel because of the bistro inside it. I didn't get alot of time with my daughter so I wanted to take advantage of the pool, hot tub, and bistro instead of having to go elsewhere for the food. Anyway, other than that it was a good day and breakfast was good!

Great Stay with a Family
Fantastic location for a family trip. Tons of food/shopping options. The hotel is newly renovated. Check in was quick and painless. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. Pool was clean and a great way for the kids to burn off energy. Starbucks in the lobby was an awesome start to the day. A great stay and would highly recommend.

Overall the place was very nice and rooms were well maintained. However, we were across from an extremely loud family and we had to call the front desk and complain. They never got more quiet and the hotel, did nothing about it. Extremely disappointed with the experience

A fantastic stay while we celebrated our Sailor’s graduation. They even had print out packets which gave all of the info we needed for ticket pickup, maps, and information about drop off / base locations for the Sailors. Nearby places to walk and eat. Spacious rooms, very hot water and a pool, hot tub and gym to boot. Friendly staff, a cafe downstairs with Starbucks coffee. This is a great choice for your graduation event!

GREAT
Wow! Super convenient hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean. Room was comfortable and welcoming. I couldn't get the balcony door open but it's December so I didn't bother asking. Pool area is nice but watch your step it's very slippery. This is the best hotel especially for the price I have stayed at in a very long time. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely love what they have done with the place! Our new favorite spot! Staff was quick and attentive. Starbucks and restaurant on site that was delicious. Pool was very clean and quiet. Loved the balcony with courtyard view. Good dining options as well as department stores. Property was undergoing renovations at the time but wasn’t an inconvenience. Worth every dollar. Will be back!

Check was great, nice and friendly. The next morning however was a different story. Went for our breakfast, which we had paid before hand. There was some mix up with breakfast for a group of soccer players (kids) that had the restaurant staff in a bad mood. They were rude and I could see how displease the group was. That attitude continued with us, my husband and I decided to leave. Customer service can make your stay great or unsatisfactory.

The hotel is currently undergoing major refurbishment and so there is a bit of disruption to the area around the hotel and a temporary access has been created. However, the refurbished rooms are superb and the staff as always are unfailingly welcoming and helpful

The first room we were in was so small and not what I was expecting they moved us to a different room. There was construction all over the hotel and the indoor pool was freezing and the hot tub was not turned on.

Awesome customer service & great stay
Very friendly check in. THE Gentleman that checked us in had amazing customer service.and every time i was walking through the lobby he always smiled and spoke to me whether it was plain jane question or if we needed help. Room was great and offered more linen if we needed it. Ill stay here again. Of course ill be back due to the fact my son is in the Navy and will attend school there on base.;)
