While entrance ison ground level, lobby is on 4th floor - if valet is away, there is no one to greet you. The Shamrock Shuffle was held on the day of departure - while valet used alleys to get car, the street in front of the hotel was blocked off - hotel failed to advise that the event was planned and would impact our departure.

I love the location. Walking distance to ask the areas. Parking was a little confusing but that’s because the valet person was away helping someone else.

We spent two days at the Hilton Majestic to go to Wrigley Field Friday night and Guaranteed Field (White Sox) on Saturday night. We though the valet car was steep so we paid for an area 2 day parking and we decided to spend $5 each a day for unlimited CTA/Pace rides. This hotel is perfect for getting to and from both Wrigley and Guaranteed Field via the Red Line. which is one block away walking. Even in the evening hours after both evening games we felt safe. After parking, the checkin to the hotel was easy. We stayed on the 12th floor. The room was extremely clean. We had ample towels. We did not like the weak shower spray (probably a water conserving shower head) but it worked fine. Lot of option on TV channels. It has a refridgerator but no microwave, which was a bummer since we had leftover Giordana's pizza. Ice machines were on all odd floors, soda machine was on even floors. We had water bottles with us, so getting ice on floor 11 and filling it with filtered water on floor 5 worked out great. The breakfast both days was excellent. Hot premade omelettes both day (western one day, cheese the other) with home fries and a meat, in addition juices, coffee, tea, bananas, oatmeal, cereal, hot waffles (you make), yogurt, lots of toppings. We enjoyed breakfast. Only downfall was the price. It a little pricey, but we would definitely stay there again. Next time probably to catch a show. This hotel is floors 5-21 above the CIBC theatre in Chicago.

The Majestic Chicago was a great place to stay! It's so close to the Art museum, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, tall ceilings, big windows, nice space overall. The breakfast, included with stay is plentiful and full of delicious choices and is really convenient. The staff was so helpful and friendly, throughout our stay. There was no wanting for amenities.

Located with a metro stop (Monroe) right around the corner, it was so easy to get around town and to and frim the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they held our bags so we could start our day in the city. Room had crisp clean linens and an updated bathroom. We were in too big a rush for breakfast, but it was nice that it was included. Would definitely stay again.

The property was nice. Needs some upgrade. The worse was the valet parking. I waited 30 min for valet. The structure where they park the cars is about 3 blocks away so it took forever. Otherwise it was ok

The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. The public transportation is just around the corner. There’s plenty of food options. The staff were all nice. Special shout out to TERRI (I hope I got her name right) at the reception who checked us in.

Great hotel
We have stayed here before because of quality, location and the fact that it meets the standards of the brand. Very clean and comfortable hotel, the breakfast was once again well set. Only minor issue was the desk agent could have been friendlier.
