"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. "Everyone was so tired from our long winding road drive up from Florida. We walked in to find the best break from your normal hotel stay.. this place had every little unique castle like feel you could ask for we had such fun the minute we walked in there was something special to see in every little nook. "Anyone who loves Hobbit and Lord Of The Rings will immediately fall in love with this place. The amount of character and detail will amaze you. The host, Kristi, truly has gone above and beyond with ensuring her guests feel as though they were in Middle Earth. The beds were so comfortable and the inn was quiet and relaxing. You can spend an hour doing a scavenger hunt which we all really enjoyed. Next time we visit the area we will definitely be back. We highly recommend!"
