The hostess at the front desk, Becky, was absolutely wonderful, she was so generous and went above and beyond her job to help accommodate us. She was wonderful!
Great place to stay. Breakfast was very accommodating. Clean and fresh. Staff was unearthly friendly. Did I say staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.
Bad time for a back injury. Checked in and the elevator was out of service. Had to carry up three floors...Asked front desk girl to assist. I couldnt hardly lift bags let alone carry to third floor via stairs. Was told that I could not have the first floor room because I booked through expedia...Asked for additional pillows and they never came before falling asleep. Had to ask again the next day.

You did not get the first floor due to it was full. We can not give you a room we do not have. I do apologies our elevator is out of service for repairs, that is out of our control. When you ask for extra pillows we do give them to you. All you had to do was wait for them to go get them and they would have handed them to you.
furnishings, bath fixtures, even towels had holes and tears,,entire room needs updated or should be rented at steep discount

Soda machines all broken yet one on first floor took money just gave nothing in return. Horrible breakfast. Bed was 100 years old with a sag in center...went to bed fine woke up an couldnt move from pain in lower back. Toliet ran all night between it an back not much rest got! We paid $154/for room ( suite thinking it would be nicer!
The staff was rude me and my kids got ate up in our rooms and didnt get any room service in order for them to take the trash i had to put it all on the outside of the room i ran a hotel before and this is not how we treat the customers

I'm sorry if you feel our staff is rude, I have never seen or heard the staff being rude. When there is a dnd on the door the staff knows not to bother that room. Our front desk can relay to housekeeping if you need anything when you have a dnd on your door.
I love staying here. Close to family in the area. Staff is always friendly. They only thing i don't like is the $100 deposit. It's taking too long to get back in my account. We will stay here again and again.
Power was out due to high winds when we arrived. Hotel has no backup power system and worse yet, does not even have emergency lighting in the corridors. We had to use our cell phone flash lights to get down the corridor to our room.

Power outages are out of our control. Our emergency lighting stays on for so long then it needs to recharge. I did go and purchase some lights to try to help this situation.
I was eaten alive by bed bugs. Didn't even know until hours after I had checked out. Took 68 bites in total and have had to seek medical attention. Do not stay here.

Friendly staff and housekeeping probably did as well as they could with what they have to work with. Torn curtains, many stains everywhere, marginal beds, few outlets, horrible elevator, extremely low water pressure lukewarm at best. Breakfast existed, but all heat-n-serve. Convenient but you get what you pay for.

The stay was nice, and the staff friendly. The vending machine for snacks wouldn't work, so the staff lady was commedating by offering the children a few breakfast items from breakfast storage area.

The sheets were covered in black stuff not sure what. The fire alarm was not even hooked up. The carpet was disgusting, and the bed was so soft it reminded me of the bed from the movie Money Pit. When we went to get new sheets they didnt send anyone to change them instead we had to go get the new sheets and put them on ourselves. When we were checking out they didnt give us any discount or anything to compensate for the issues we had. We were supposed to stay all weekend and instead stayed one night checked out and went and stayed at Comfor Inn.
