The room was very clean and spacious, and it had a kitchenette. The owners were very nice, and helpful. The location was great, with an easy access to all sights. We enjoyed our stay. I strongly recommend this motel.

I was greeted with a very friendly welcome. The unit was fresh, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Onsite parking was a bonus. Easy walk to the city centre. Would have no hesitation booking again the next time I'm in Christchurch.

Excellent small motel in centre city
This place was ideal for our overnight Christchurch trip. Central, with free parking, very clean and friendly. We were very happy to be upgraded to a bigger room.

Love the excellent location service professional and friendly. Can I suggest some proper coffee and a plunger. I need a good coffee first thing and coffee sachets are not satisfactory. Otherwise it was fine especially for the price.

Great centrally located motel on Colombo Street. Easy walk to city centre. Were given an upgrade on arrival. Only minor thing was the wifi kept dipping out.

I love this property. I have been coming here for a long time and it is always the property I choose when coming to Christchurch. The management is amazing to deal with. The property is always well looked after. I have probably stayed in all there rooms and there is never any faults. Love it.
