"School holiday catchup with family who live in Christchurch and family from Auckland who came down for Auckland anniversary weekend. The chickens were the highlight for both the grandchildren (who stayed mid week) and the Auckland family. Quick access to the Scarbough playground, water play area and the beach excellent as grandchildren are aged 4 and 6 years. Corrianders Indian restaurant fabulous food highly recommend. The Bohemium bakery has good variety of freashly baked artisan bread....

"This home was personally built and designed by the owners with high end finishes, design elements with a stunning kitchen and living room with two very nice bathrooms and side covered porch and three bedrooms. A foreground decididuous tree does obscure your center view at perhaps except in winter but the bay is especially viewable from porch and kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The parking area is private for this property and sits just above it's roofline. We highly recommend this property."
