We enjoyed our brief one-night stay at the Boutique Grange B&B. The room was spacious with a large clean bathroom. The antique furniture was charming and the beds comfortable. Parking was tight but convenient. There was a nice little breakfast with both continental and hot options.

Check in was very easy. Our accommodations very nice, king bed. The bed was very comfortable. Sheets were new and very comfortable. Pillows were nice. The bathroom was fabulous. Shower pressure Excellent! The breakfast was really really good. Made to order best orange juice ever. Free parking. Air-conditioning. Quite. The owners were so nice and accommodating. I would stay here again and I would recommend highly.

Great for one night stay
Nice, clean spacious room with lovely mixture of old and modern furnishings, comfortable bed and good shower. Quiet location with adequate parking. Short walk to the Botanic Gardens. Continental and cooked Breakfast available. Ideal for a one night stay.

Nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Hostess was very nice and offered great selection of places to eat dinner. She gave good directions for sightseeing. Would stay again.

A True Gem in the Crown of Christchurch Hospitalit
Absolutely fantastic stay. Excellent location, super clean and spacious room, air conditioning great for a hot evening, very quiet location yet extremely central to town and Hagley Park. We heard none of the other guests so walls clearly well insulated in such a beautiful historical property. Very friendly staff who showed pride in their business-the included full breakfast was a lovely homely touch for their guests and a great way to start the day. George cooks a fantastic breakfast-eggs cooked to perfection! Will return for future business & private stays in Christchurch.

Located in a converted Victorian villa. Downstairs rooms are more convenient and comfortable than upstairs. Easy walk to shops, gardens and other attractions. Friendly staff.

Location perfect
Easy check in. We arrived very late after midnight but we could get in easily. Room was comfy, small but adequate. Bathroom clean. Breakfast is not a priority for me but I could see that it was decent and a hot brekky could be provided. Location was central. Staff friendly.

We were charged $20 each for two teens, but only had two towels in the room. It was late in the evening when we found the issue, so we didn’t ask the owner who didn’t appear to be on site. The 150 year old property kinda smelled that’s not entirely pleasant but you got used to it after a while. The location is excellent and the owner gave some good tips.

A lovely stay in a quiet, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The proprietors also were very accommodating with breakfast and the location was walkable to numerous sights and restaurants in Christchurch. Highly recommended.

We were really impressed how lovely The Grange and it’s staff were. Easy walk to central Christchurch, good parking, good breakfast and lovely room. Would definitely stay there again.

Very happy with the reception received. Breakfast very basic. We were surprised the rooms were not serviced. Beds not made up daily which we have never experienced at a Bed and Breakfast establishment. The owners were delightful. Overall a reasonable stay.

This property is fairly well situated in Christchurch, and it had some parking available. The building is interesting. Our room was very large, but the door opened directly onto the foyer, which meant not only you got loudness from people checking in or out, but also you couldn't open the door without having a direct line of sight right into your bedroom from the most public part of the house.

Great B & B. Good location and despite being on what looks like a busy main road it was really quiet at night. Main things for me are a comfy bed, good shower, quiet and within walking distance of the sights. It ticked all my boxes. Would highly recommend staying here.

This property was way better than expected. Everything was lovely, clean and perfect. Breakfast was delicious, our room was spacious and so cute and quaint. It made my stay in Christchurch so much better

The Grange is a very well run accommodation. Kimberley (Manager/Owner) was exceptional - very friendly, accommodating, welcoming. Fabulous breakfast in the dining room everyday. Location was excellent - able to walk to everything. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the Grange Boutique B & B.
