"Located in the heart of Batel which is one of the most upscale neighborhood of the city, has restaurants, bars, shopping, public transportation, pharmacies even hospitals near by only 15 minutes from downtown by foot if you like to walk, some of the rooms are very nice with privet balcony in the top floors. Great breakfast buffet. Overall great cost benefit for what you pay, highly recommend."

"Location is great, staff is excellent, polite and helpful. The room was very outdated, furniture is cheap and in poor condition. The sofa had holes on it, the desk was warped and peeling, no dishes or cutlery in the kitchenette - which I was told that “the rooms ending in certain numbers don’t have them” (??). You could tell mattress was old and uncomfortable, the blankets and towels provided were also super old and tired and some of the towels had holes in them. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of variety. You can tell that the place is in much need of renovations and upkeep. "
