Reserved a nonsmoking accessible room. Called to let hotel know we would be arriving late (9-10 pm). Room was not available; only the smoking room. Someone dropped the ball. We had to walk up to 3rd floor. Not fun; wife has ambulatory issues. Otherwise, things were good.

Hotel room was in a great location for us with plenty of food/gas options near by. Room was clean, bed comfort was okay not the worse-not the best, shower "Excellent", A/C "Awesome", a little noisy on end unit by breezeway, no elevator to get to 3rd floor. Overall good experience. I would stay at this location again.

We had a wonderful stay. My family enjoyed the breakfast. We really enjoyed the swimming. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed watching the deer back behind the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeepers made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed there the last 3 times we have come to Clarksville.

Property, staircase, hall and room was dirty and was badly maintained. Holes in wall outside. Walls were marked up in room. Shower leaked onto floor. Breakfast was a joke. The toaster did not work even though there were bagels and bread. The coffee was weak. There were no muffins. No sausage and cold eggs. Will never stay at a Quality Inn again because of this experience. But the sheets were clean.

I think the desk clerk should try to know more about the area and places to eat for out of town guests. He just said look on the internet. Not everyone has internet believe it or not.

I liked the room’s air conditioning system. It was easy to figure out and set it to the desired temperature.
I didn’t like the lavatory spigot. The aerator was partially clogged and spewed water sideways onto the user.
