Little Slice Of Heaven
Great stay! Our group of adults and teens enjoyed this house so much. The beds were super comfy and its right on the water. We bbq'd everyday and were visited by the ducks and other wild birds. We would highly recommend this home for a getaway of pure relaxation. 5 Stars!

Great home, great fishing, great stay.
This place is amazing. All the amenities you could ask for. The Traeger smoker was a bonus. Then there’s the view! Many beautiful birds on the lake and we even spotted a bald eagle! Fishing from the beach was great even with one day of rain. We will definitely be back!

A good value
Overall this property is a good value compared to other properties in the area. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation because the water pump broke shortly after we checked in. Greg tried his best to troubleshoot but the water pump issue could not be resolved. Regarding location, this property is a 20-minute drive from the town of Clearlake and along some tricky roads. Regarding the pictures, although the description says the property does not have a dock or pier, the pictures led me to believe it did have a dock.

Secluded Cozy Retreat
Our host Greg was wonderful and responsive. The home was beautiful and well equipped in an idyllic location away from town beautiful views of the lake and access to the lake. Our fishing guide pulled right up the the properties beach which saved us hours of driving over the course of our stay. We will be back for our next fishing trip

This lake home was the perfect getaway for my husband and myself. The home is super cozy and well equipped with everything we would need from phone chargers to smart TV’s in every room in the home and the amazing view just couldn’t be more beautiful. We will be going back in the future.

Beautiful location right in lake
This is a great location, the drive to the property is fantastic. The house is very well equipped and had everything needed to cook our thanksgiving dinner and to kayak straight out to the lake from the little beach. It was clean and welcoming, with great internet and smart TVs. We had a great time.

Sound carries!
If no one else is outside, you’ll enjoy the wonderful sounds of nature. If you’re outside with others, keep your voices low. I could hear every word of every conversation of the group staying next door, and they were talking normally. They also had the window open and I heard inside conversations too—I was glad when the child finally got the banana they were whining for! The group also helped themselves to the beach area of this property, which made being outside even more awkward. But the behavior of the neighbors is not Greg’s fault, just know that the houses in the cove are close to each other, and sound carries easily over the water!

The house was amazing. From the first impression when we got here till we packed up, we loved the view and the vibes here. Sitting on the patio in the evenings was my favorite part, being able to look out on the water and hear the waves was a great experience.

Family's first time at this house loved that every room had a tv , kitchen was great got a little surprised by the dirt road but Greg mentioned it in the profile .. Greg was great he sent instructions and codes a couple of days in advance everything was spot on we had a lot of questions by it being our first time at this property response time was quick we actually went to fish, and it was great !!! We caught bass, catfish, and bluegill.. just make sure you have something to get them back up to the house and bring bug spray

Beautiful home and great amenities! Loved that much of what you need when on vacation is on the property! Rice cooker, air fryer oven, blender, bbq pit, smoker, towels, extra bedding, toiletries, netflix, Disney + , board games, and more!!! Few steps to the water and outdoor seating was perfect for our family!!

Beautiful home and near the water
The property was nice and by the water, we caught a lot of catfish by just settling the pole near the shore. Inside the home was well equipped with a lot of essentials (pots, pans, cups etc) and well maintained. The owner Greg is quick and responsive your questions. I'd highly recommend this place. Will go back when needing another vacation out there.

Great Trip!
We rented this house with 2 other families and had a great time! It was our first trip to Clear Lake and we will be back. This side of the lake had great water for boarding and the house was very nice; lots of amenities and special touches. The beach was also nice and we had no problem mooring our boat. Plus, the owner is very responsive and informative. Great trip!

Great place to stay
This is a wonderful place. The home is exactly as pictured - very comfortable and fully stocked with things other rentals often lack like plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Extra, thoughtful touches like K-cups and use of the Trager just add to the experience. The beach area is perfect for kids and the cove is sheltered from the wind. Highly recommend!

Everything you want in a lake house
It was perfect—right by the water with all the amenities! Since no other reviews seem to address it I will confirm that the algae is a thing, for sure, but boating and kayaking were great! I know some of the neighbors got great fish, too. An awesome summer lake time was had by all!

Best view ever!
We've rented on Clear Lake several times and this was the best view ever. The home was clean and well equipped. The hair pin turns made getting our bass boat down to the water difficult but we did it! All in all a great trip.

Nice getaway
Although far from any amenities, the location was amazing. It felt like we were on an island with amazing views of the bay. The kids will most remember skipping rocks on the beach. Our dog (labradoodle) also enjoyed the sights and sounds. We returned home and he now looks depressed. Overall, great getaway.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and we spent much of our time looking at the lake and the dozens of bird species. Next time we will have to remember to bring our fishing poles. The neighbors caught several bass right from their dock. The owner Greg was also very quick to communicate and answer any questions or concerns.

Family Getaway
The house was great and had all the amenities that were needed to have an enjoyable family vacation. Bedrooms were nice and clean and had sanitized stickers on all the doors upon our arrival. The rest of the living area was tidy. Not sure if it was due to the amount of smoke in the air due to the fires at the time but the interior floors seemed to not have been cleaned in between guest stays - but we found the cleaning supplies and took care of it ourselves, the great view from the backdoor overrode the frustration of the dingy floor. Other than having to do some cleaning upon arrival this house was perfect for our family vacation.

Great place!
We stayed here to get away from home during SIP before the kids had to go back to school. It was a fantastic escape for our family. The owners were very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Clearlake Relaxation
We enjoyed another wonderful week at this home in Clearlake, CA. It is such a great place to just relax and rest. Great to get away from the stress of everyday life. It was such a pleasure to wake up each morning and look out at beautiful Clear Lake. The location is down a private road. There are other houses, but not very many which made for wonderful quiet and peace. The house itself is very comfortable. The owners provide just about everything you will need for your stay. We will definitely stay again.
