“Clermont's finest!”

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast was great too!

“Very good hotel”

This hotel is well-staffed and well-run. A real plus is the excellent "continental breakfast" which includes waffles, hard-boiled eggs, egg and sausage sandwiches, etc., in addition to the usual pastry, breads,and cereal (although I don't know why breakfast rooms always need to have the television blaring--there are t.v.s in the rooms, afterall). The staff members are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is across the street from South Lake Hospital and convenient if that is the reason for the visit. There's no restaurant, but there are several good ones in the immediate area. It's also about a half hour away from Disney, which means that it doesn't have the strip mall, fast-food ambiance of Route 192. All in all, a very good hotel.

bed a little too firm for me, and the pillow was a little stiff. but the hotel was real nice and comfortable. breakfast was better than most.

The hotel was very quiet and close to any stores that I need for shopping.

All of the accomedations were excellent! The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were great and really met our need! The staff was very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was perfect and the attendant was very nice to us!

I was very impressed with the pride the workers in the hotel had for the hotel itself. Service was awesome, check in was fast and easy (probably the easiest I have even been to). The cleanliness was a major eye opener. The front desk clerk, Krystal or Krysta was just fantastic with all the questions I had, super friendly and just always smiling. The overnight clerk was also impressive even going so far as to allowing me to get coffee before the continental breakfast was set up.

“Excellent Experience”

We got an excellent rate through Expedia. We were very happy with our room, breakfast area and food and the staff. It was a convenient location for us as we have relatives living nearby. We would not hesitate to stay there again, even at a higher room rate. I think the rooms we were given were probably the least desireable. They were on the first floor closest to the door leading to the parking lot. But, honestly, we never heard a sound and rooms were very clean and nice. Overall an excellent experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, even though it was only one night. Check in was easy, room was spacious and well maintained and it was quiet----no screaming kids, bumping or thumping, and no loud conversations going on in the hallway. Breakfast was very nice-----a lot to select from------and the real, working fireplace was a real treat! I would definitely come back to this hotel.
