Hotel water hot shut off. They had sent out an email but too late to cancel, credit card already was charge. Not working elevator/escalator from the parking lot and had to carry heavy suitcase/luggage and bags up and down stairs. Property won’t compensate for the trouble.

This property is under construction. It costs $40 to park here per night. The elevators in the parking garage are out of order. You have to carry your luggage down a very steep flight of stairs to get to the street level to check in. I wish I would have known this ahead of time. I would have not stayed here.

51 years old, and was the Worst Renaissance Ive ever stayed out. Floors were disgusting, stained, Three shades lighter under dresser. Elevators, disgusting. Construction & dirt everywhere. Bathroom disgusting dirt in all corners. Smelled like homeless people with pine-sol poured on top of them. Way way way overrated. Should be 1 star. Motel 6 in columbus ohio, 100 times better. Will never ever ever stay there again. worst ever & i never write reviews but I was disgusted especially for $300 a night. What a huge disappointment for wedding anniversary

We love staying here. It's connected to the Jack Casino so we don't have to go outside to enter. Not very safe around the casino. It's getting to be very expensive to stay there tho. The price was almost 3X's the amount from our last stay. And it's not a 5 star hotel by far.

HOrrible experience DO NOT stay here it's under full renovation - drilling and fire alarms and extreme noise began at 7am waking me up - then fire alarms half hour later - NOT what was advertised on Expedia. In fact, Expedia pointed out to me that HIDDEN under "policies" is the note the entire property is under reconstruction. Room was also dirty, dusty, gross in spots. None of this was told to me when I checked. This property is currently false advertising itself as a 4-star hotel on Expedia. The property and experience as less than a 1-star hotel.

Good stay with a couple small issues.
Overall good stay. For the money I would expect the AC to have been cooler, all electrical outlets to be operational. Also, the tub didn’t really drain as well and a puddle was left from another family member’s shower. Not ideal.

Additional $34 for self parking. Free breakfast isn’t free, breakfast includes a tip for your server. Staff was excellent, room was nice, no microwave, smelled a little like mildew. Security was great.

I’ve stayed in a few other Renaissance Hotel groups before and this was probably the least nicest. They had a lot of construction going on and there access between the parking ramp and lobby wasn’t inconvenient. Their shower took a very very long time to heat up. However, staff there was exceptional - very accommodating and helpful.

The hotel was stunning. My fiancé and i went to the browns game back in November we drive up a day early to see the city, it was my first time there. Anyways the hotel is in walking distance of so much. We enjoyed our evening out on the town and our night in the hotel bar. I would definitely go back

We booked the room online the room did not look like the pictures the room was not in the best shape , the shower had hair in it from the people before us the mini feidge was on the ground instead of a stand.
