Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Good quirky! All the photos are in the house. What surprised me was, most homes have the common area on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs. Here, the living room and open kitchen are on the top floor! So everyone can enjoy the ocean! Groovy surprise! Communications were ample, but not obnoxious! Easy in, easy out! I would surely stay again!

Good spot for families
Very clean with comfortable beds. Beach access is easy and close. Lots of entertainment options for kids - even if the weather keeps you inside. Games and entertainment options downstairs while allowing others to enjoy the quiet on the deck. Wifi worked great but no cell reception. Our family really enjoyed the space and we plan to return.

Nicely updated interior with an excellent location seconds from the beach makes this one a winner. The proximity to Pacific City and other excellent beach locations puts this place in the 5 star category.
