Muy buena estancia
Excelente servicio. Desafortunadamente no tienen estacionamiento ni agua caliente. Pero el servicio es impecable y siempre se notaron preocupados porque yo tuviera una excelente estancia, vigilan tu coche en la calle toda la noche!

The hotel is clean and nice stuff but AC worked in maximum only and a lot of noise came from the street

Good for a quick business trip
I visited this city to brezk my trip from veracruz to villahermosa. If you are a tourist dont bother stopping here. It is in the heart of the business district and foreigners are not treated in a freindly way. Hotelcstaff were ok but their location is awful. The room was tiny, not spotless. (Hair on floor around toilet). Brekky was ok. I decided not to stay the second night. Nothing to do in that city, it is a commer ial one. The long walk along the beach is in need of concrete repairs, it did not feel safe and thd beach side of the fence is the local tip most of the way. In spanish i found the city 'FEO' the hotel was ok for the price but not for a tourist. There is a hotel zone. I would head there if you have to stay here.

Deben de poner atención en la comodidad de los clientes, no todas las habitaciones tienen agua caliente, aunque te dicen que desde las 5 de la mañana prenden el boiler. El desayuno bufet rico,opciones variadas.

Sin estacionamiento, el que ofrecen está a 3 cuadras, muy inseguro y sucio, sin pavimento mal mal. Elevador no sirve, aires acondicionados en mla estado, sin agua caliente, mucho ruido en el interior del hotel y en la calle. Instalaciones muy viejas y con falta de estacionamiento. En zona muy complicada e inseguro. No volveré, no lo recomiendo. El personal intenta servir, pero el hotel no da por viejo y falta de servicio

Rente dls habitaciones en ambas encontré cucarachas. En 1 habitación había 1 cucaracha grande muerta, en otra habitación había 2 pequeñas 1 viva y 1 muerta. El baño súper sucio, las almohadas olían a sudor. Y el trato del personal poco profesional y amigable. Muy mala experiencia.

En general el servicio del personal son muy amables, la limpieza aunque la habitación aparentemente estaba a limpio las sábanas olían a sudor una mala experiencia en ese aspecto de lo demás no tengo quejas en absoluto

El centro de Coatzacoalcos es un lugar sucio, las personas son groseras con los turistas, lastima de playa tan tranquila y agradable

Desde la ultima vez que lo visite me gusto mucho el servicio y la limpieza del hotel, sobre todo la ubicacion, practicamente en el centro y rodeado de muchos negocios, la cercania al puerto y zoona de restaurantes, eso esta excelente, tuve la mala suerte de que en esta ocasion no servia el elevador y pues al llegar tarde de los asuntos del trabajo lo que mas quieres es esa comodidad, me gustaria que el gimansio tuviera mas equipos y le pusieran mejor cuidado, por lo demas todo muy bien.
