We really enjoyed our stay. The area is just beautiful, and we got to eat outside for breakfast which was a treat, although I ate to much, as it was so good. Jerry was such a good host. We stayed up stairs in the chuck wagon room and so we had a balcony to walk out on in the dusk and watch the deer come up close to eat. If we ever get another chance to go out to Cody again I'm sure we will stay there again.

I am really happy that you liked the breakfast....it must have been a mistake that I cooked it that well. Only kidding. Breakfast in the morning with all our guests to me is a highlight of our day and I hope it was one of yours too. Jerry

Best little ranch house in Wyoming!!!

Posted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: Not a thing!!
Location: The city of Cody, Wyoming is home to one of the largest old west museum. Worth every minute you spend there.
The rooms were modern, up to date, western style. With all the amenities. The view from our room was spectacular complete with a herd of deer only a hundred feet away. The coffee was ready at seven in the morning and a full breakfast was ready at eight. It was a great morning so we eat outside but had it been poor the indoor accommodations were quite suitable and western in design. Jerry, the owner, was truly the best and made us feel welcome and at home.

Great place for family

Pros: Location was great, Great western themed lodge with lots of stuff to look at ….teepee, covered wagons, indian headdress and lots more...
Location: Yellowstone, horseback riding, trails, bike trails, Cody, museums
We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast so we weren't really sure what we were getting in to. This was the only last minute booking they had that was near Yellowstone National Park so we went with it. The Owner Jerry was great he met us in town so we could follow him down to the lodge ( it was close to town, but off the beatin' path). The rooms and the house were amazing. Breakfast was cooked on an outdoor grill and everyone ate outside, it was yummy. After breakfast, Jerry brought the horses out and did a few tricks then let the kids take a short ride. My daughters first ride and she is hooked! Thanks Jerry, we will certainly be back if we are ever in the area again. Oh yeah and the coffee is good, no need to bring your private supply here :)

A big hello from the K3 and me, Jerry! Thanks for the kind words, I doubt I could have done any better myself. I remember you said it was your first stay at a B&B when you were at the K3. Hope we did not spoil it for the other B&Bs. We are not the AVERAGE for the industry. We plan on having a party area down by the creek for guests to have a camp fire and night around the fire ring singing etc. I might even be forced to tell a truthful story !!!!~ or TWO. Thanks again Jerry Kinkade
