"From the sounds of the Watauga river rushing by to the darling baby geese and family we got to watch every day, this hidden gem was everything we hoped it would be and more. The host was very kind and super quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was a breeze! Everything was so clean and stocked with coffees, creamers, and sweet welcome gifts (loved the energy waters)! We will definitely be making plans to return!"

"My family rented "The Cozy Crown" so we could all stay together for my fathers funeral. There were 6 adults & 2 kids under 10. The yard was perfect for the kids to play (& even the adults too!) The gameroom is a real highlight of this house. We made some lasting memories the night before the funeral that we would not otherwise have had. "We stayed here for the Rhythm and Roots Music Festival. It was our first time in Bristol and we absolutely LOVED it. The owners of the condo brought us over Black Bird Donuts and also checked in to make sure everything was ok. We'll definitely stay here again in this spacious, clean condo."

"This place is fabulous. We had everything we needed during this stay- the hosting is next level. I came packed with things like hand soap and kitchen cleaner, things that are normally not part of a rental house inventory but we didn’t need any of it because Jeffrey had everything there! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, the place was clean and we felt so at home there. Didn’t want to leave, would absolutely stay again."

Absolutely wonderful cabin!
"We loved staying in this cabin! The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated and gave us everything we needed for our short stay. Love the central location as it was very close to hiking, biking and driving to Virginia creeper Trail. The owner responds immediately to any questions. We did not have enough coffee when we arrived and he sent the cleaning person that Evening to give us a supply. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and watching the sunset over the mountain. We will definitely rent from host again and highly recommend him!"
