"First off, I have never stayed in a cleaner rental than Billie and John's Farmstead. They make you feel so welcoming with all the little extras they add. Our whole stay there just had that warm relaxing feel. The fenced in area for our dog was a great addition to our stay. He even felt at home! And Billie and John are just the sweetest couple. "From the sounds of the Watauga river rushing by to the darling baby geese and family we got to watch every day, this hidden gem was everything we hoped it would be and more. The host was very kind and super quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was a breeze! "We absolutely loved our stay! Elizabethton is a lovely town and the view from the porch was gorgeous! Kenny and his wife were great hosts and very helpful with their recommendations about the area. Watching his cows graze in the fields was very relaxing, as well as the porch swing and the fireflies at night glittering in the woods. It was a very memorable stay, and we hope to be back next year!"

"My family rented "The Cozy Crown" so we could all stay together for my fathers funeral. There were 6 adults & 2 kids under 10. The yard was perfect for the kids to play (& even the adults too!) The gameroom is a real highlight of this house. We made some lasting memories the night before the funeral that we would not otherwise have had.
