Very friendly staff at front desk. Free breakfast was great. We were able to lodge three folks in the room when we came for a family funeral. However, I must say that the roll out couch was not comfortable. The mattress is thin and one can feel the couch structure through the thin mattress.

I was surprised to return to my room and the bed wasn’t made. There was a sign on the door, telling me I have to request a daily cleaning. Because they service the room every three days.

My recent stay at this hotel was a letdown, especially considering its premium price. The breakfast was disappointing, noise levels were high, cleanliness was lacking, and the room felt cheaply furnished. Also, the hotel's strange location, with storage units and water towers nearby, added to the uncomfortable feeling, making it seem like staying in a tent in a cemetery. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Ground floor very loud people fighting all night beside us. The breakfast was Geri le and the girl would not keep anything filled up so at 9 am with an hour left you had to keep finding her to replenish milk peanut butter bagels etc

Only thing that I could see that was wrong with the room. Was the bathtub had a really bad stain on the bottom for just being remodeled thats pretty bad? Looks like it needed to be replaced and the kids couldn't take a Bath there was no plunger or stop. Ask for customer service. It was okay except during check in. No one let me know exactly what time breakfast was at?

Renovated fourth for just great
We stayed in the newly renovated fourth floor and found the room to be clean, comfortable and very well laid out. The lobby was clean and functional. The free breakfast buffet was very limited and the hot dishes were not good. We cannot speak to the conditions on any other floor.

It was quiet and clean. However the front desk clerk was not good. He double charged me and I am still working to get my money returned. Got a bad vibe when I walked up to the desk, seemed disinterested in really doing his job. Bottom line I unfortunately was right.
