Escape the hustle and bustle to this peaceful getaway nestled in a beautiful, established community with lots of mature trees, parks & walking paths. Minutes from The Woodlands shopping, restaurants, concerts, nightlife and Lake Conroe!

The space
Enjoy this large private studio with high vaulted ceilings, skylight, a private bathroom & walk-in closet. Dining, living & sleeping are all in one oversized large suite. Light and bright. Beautiful private walkway through a rose & jasmine garden leads to a private entrance. Relaxing deck overlooking the golf course features a gas grill and outdoor dining.

This private studio over the garage, includes a king sized bed, roll-away twin, private bath with shower. Sitting area with a Samsung smart tv, Samsung Plus, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Peacock, board games & books. Dining area and kitchenette include toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender and refrigerator/freezer. A continental breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, milk, juice & coffee await you for your first morning. Afternoon tea, chocolates, popcorn and coffee are included throughout your stay.

Resort style waffle bath robes are also included for your use during your stay.

The deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or using the provided yoga mat to start your day off right. Just be careful of golf balls during golfing hours. Some golfers do not have the best shots!! We have lots of wildlife in the area. I have had mother ducks and their ducklings come across the deck, a mother possum covered with clinging babies, squirrels, birds, including a resident hawk and owl, an adorable fox family, the occasional raccoon and sometimes a deer or two. Keep your eyes peeled for all the little families in the area!

This studio is perfect for a couples retreat, single, mom/daughter and father/son get-away, ladies trip, guys trip, or stay for work. Enjoy!!

**Please be aware that this studio is on the second floor above the garage. The stairs are a bit steep. For your safety, please see the pictures and be sure you are able to maneuver the stairs. For the safety and enjoyment of your visit and our future guests, smoking, pets, parties, and children under 13 are strictly prohibited. Thank you.

My mom and I wanted to find a place to stay to go to a few concerts at The Cynthia Woods Pavilion and this place was perfect! It had a nice homey feel and had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood so we were able to relax as well. The bed was comfy too! The host was thoughtful and welcoming. The location was close to malls, grocery stores, and places to eat. We will definitely be choosing this place the next time we decide to stay in the Woodlands.😊

This studio apartment is an excellent spot for a quiet getaway or a place to come back to after a busy day. Its exactly as advertised in a quiet, mature neighborhood overlooking a golf course. Allison is an excellent host and it was such a treat to have snacks, fresh fruit and a continental breakfast all ready and waiting for your upon arrival. I hope to return soon!

Great place
I think I was the best place we have ever stayed in, that includes hotels. My husband really enjoyed the fact that the golf course was right out the back door. Allison left more than enough snacks. Room was cozy and nicely furnished. It was close to our son and daughter-in-law. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We hope to stay again soon.
