Our flight landed very late, I'd contacted the hotel in advance and they were very welcoming. All of the staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful - it made us feel relaxed and at home. The location is great to walk to most of the main sights and close to lots of places to eat

Very clean and the location is very convenient. They have tea/coffee room and a nice court yard where you can sit and sip/read. The stuff are very attentive and helpful.

Property is located right on the canal so there is alot of beautiful walking and food options. The hotel is impeccable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We had the family room and my teen loved her privacy in separate alcove. The breakfast was delicious, healthy and super convenient. We are telling all our friends and family and will be returning very soon. Thank you Hotel Bethel for a great stay.

Hotel bethel has been amazing every time I’ve stayed there. They were really helpful with everything I need during my stay. The staff is tremendous and the area is so amazing. 5 out of 5 highly recommended to stay here while in Copenhagen.

Hotel Bethel is amazing! I felt at home as soon as I walked in. Glen and Miriam along with Pang and Kaya were fantastic hosts. It felt like our own B&B even though it was a hotel. Glen and Mariam made us feel at home and treated us like family. I’d go back just to stay in Hotel Bethel and the surrounding area. It was Hygge and beyond. 🇩🇰

Excellent hotel in a great location. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast that accommodates gluten-free diets. However, WiFi that drops every few minutes is problematic.

The location is great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. I paid extra for a view that I thought was worth it. I arrived early and they stored my luggage. I would stay here again.

Incredible hotel in the heart of Nyhavn. But very quiet room facing court yard. Walk to every thing. Groceries at Fotex, 10-15 minute walk.

Overall the best things this hotel has to offer is the location. The rooms are super basic. They provide little to now amenities in the room itself. The staff was kind, and the location was great. All in all I’d give it a 7/10

This hotel is set in a fabulous old building right on the waterside of Nyhavn. OK, our room was small but it was warm and it was really all we needed. The beds are very comfy. There’s no tea making facilities in the room, however there’s a lovely big lounge area near reception with free tea and coffee in a nice relaxing space. Breakfast is good value and you can eat plenty - breakfast elsewhere will cost a lot more for less food. The location is perfect for exploring - everything is within walking distance and for going further out the metro is a 10 minute walk away. You’re right on the waterside so there are plenty of restaurants literally on the doorstep, plus you can take some classic photos of the boats and buildings - especially at dusk. The staff are friendly and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It’s a great hotel and while I’d have liked a bigger room, it was no big deal and I’d go back without hesitation.

Don't get mislead
We booked the hotel because it had 9/10 reviews but it didn't meet the expectation. We booked a economy standard room but it was the smallest hotel room I ever got. I travel often as an airliner ~ the room was not only small but it offered bear minimum. It had just a bed, a small tv mounted on a wall and an ikea type very small table attached to a wall below tv. One plastic chair~ again an ikea type. No sitting area/space to relax for two people. The washroom was just another bear basic with very small sink that was positioned awkwardly that you couldn't wash your face or brush teeth without spilling water everywhere. Shower head was installed right above body soap dispenser so you really can't wash your hair or body standing under the shower head. All together, the hotel is no more than 3 stars with maybe 6 outbof 10.

This hotel is in a perfect location on the canal. The area around the hotel has many restaurants and has a bus stop round the corner (#26 for Tivoli Gardens) and a metro station that serves the airport just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and warm, if small (we did book the smallest rooms though, so this was expected), the bathroom was small but sparklingly clean and a really good hot shower. Beds were very comfortable. Only comment I would have is that tea and coffee making in the room would be appreciated - However complimentary tea and coffee is available 24 hours in the reception area. The reception area is very warm and comfy - great for warming up after a day out in the cold with a hot drink. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff and ideal location for tourism. The continental breakfast was excellent each morning. Fresh and plenty of variety. Bedroom was very warm in the cold weather. We had a front facing bedroom and in my option it was worth paying a little extra. The only minor negative is rooms are a little basic though on balance for the price paid one can’t complain. The room was clean and we slept well.
