The apartment was lovely, spacious, well stocked & very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a Meny shop about 2 minutes walk and a Lidl about 5 minutes walk. Super aparthotel, super location for trains/metro and for walking. There is quite alot of building work going on around the hotel but we only noticed the noise after the Easter weekend break and as we were out most of the day exploring it didn’t affect us too much. Would definitely stop in a Stay aparthotel again - highly recommend

Absolutely amazing modern fully furnished spaceous apartments. Felt like home while on vacation. Staff was extremely helpful and was always willing to go the extra step to ensure comfort. Very close to train stations metro and S trains. Limited dining options but we just used delivery apps which worked seemlessly.

Amazing location, great transport links - metro 5 minutes to city centre, local shops, scenic views, one issue staff refused to accept my lost phone back from taxi driver which in turn cost my a lot of money to get back

Excellent serviced apartment with handy connectivity to central Copenhagen. A few nice restuarants and supermarket around the hotel. Would stay here again, only strange thing was in the bedrooms the only light was a bed side lamp which did not give off enough light, especially if we wanted to use the desk

It was a pleasure to be at Stay Nordhaven. Very walking and transportation friendly. The staff were helpful and responsive. The apartment-hotel was spacious and had a great kitchen. The only thing is that it can get a bit warm in there since there is no air-con in the buildings. The fans do help though!

Very well equipped kitchen. The flat had everything we needed, including the nice big balcony. We were staying over the weekend so construction noise only started at around 8am on Monday and so was not an issue. Great service at reception and overall, we really enjoyed our stay at STAY!

The apartment was extremely spacious and finished to an extremely high standard. The kitchen and bathrooms were lovely. The bedrooms and living room each have floor to ceiling windows along one wall, and the master bedroom and living area have a large balcony. The metro station, water bus station, supermarket, harbour swimming area and a selection of cafes and restaurants are close by. There was construction work in the immediate area when we stayed (August 2023) which seems likely to continue for some time. The noise was noticeable but did not impact our enjoyment of the property.

What a gorgeous property! We rented a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment and it was huge and beautiful. A great place for families. The kitchen comes well stocked in cooking utensils. The grocery store is only 1 block away and the metro is a few blocks away. Local restaurants are a 5-10 min walk. The front staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back. The only negative is that there is no air condition and that there is noisy construction next door.

We liked it was 3 bedrooms so wveryone had some space. Loved that it had kitchen! There was a grocery nearby so we were able to shop and have a hot breakfast and even cooked dinner one night. Super close to Metro

There is so much construction going on that there is no peace and quiet. The property itself is really nice and the staff are also really nice. The room was beautiful and clean. The washer/dryer was just okay. It really didn't do a good job of cleaning and took forever to dry clothes. I just finally hung the clothes to dry on the provided rack. The is a MENY about a 5 minute walk and an Aldi about a 10 minute walk from the property. The Aldi was lacking in many things & the MENY is a little pricey, but is well stacked.

Very nice property with clean rooms. Excellent access to the Metro and S Trains. Room was right outside the Metro train tracks and was very noisy at night.

Easy access to the public transit and close to the piers as we were joining a cruise. Clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Overall very happy with the hotel. Our taxi driver took us to a different Stay hotel even with an address provided. There was construction nearby so our first time trying to find the location was somewhat hampered. There needs to be instructions provided for the washing machine.

Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious and still very new. Very convenient for walking to the stadium. The metro station is very close for a trip into the centre of Copenhagen. A wonderful place to stay!

Just what we needed! A clean, comfortable, well-equiped apartment with in-room laundry. It is within walking distance to a plethora of dining, grocery, and other food options (three grocery stores within two blocks!). Lots of building in the area right now (June 2023) so there was a bit of construction noise (sometimes starting earlier in the morning) and less than stellar views from some of the rooms. Thomas at the front desk was great at check-in. He was friendly, helpful, and had great suggestions when needed. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and painless. Unfortunately, we were in Copenhagen during a warmer than usual week (24-26°C) and the one small fan in the room did little to alleviate the heat. That said, it was a great experience in an excellent establishment... Highly recommended!!

The property is very new so it was very modern and clean with floor to ceiling windows. It is located in an area that is going through a massive regeneration so there is a lot of construction going on but don't let that put you off. The area has great transport links so you can be in central Copenhagen in about 10 minutes and the metro runs 24 hours a day so it's also very easy to get to and from the airport. You've also got a number of super markets and restaurants right on your door step and we particularly enjoyed eating ice cream by the harbour side

This is a 2 bedroom fully loaded apartment! The place has a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative is the ongoing construction in the area.
