"Our customer service experience was stellar here! There seemed to be a miscommunication when checking in where we were given one room with a triple bed, instead of the two doubles I paid for. The front desk ended up upgrading to a even larger suite free of charge, that had a little bit more separation. Even helped us get an impromptu shuttle the following day to the airport after a flight change. So grateful for this team and their help!"

"Отель на Гугле отмечен правильно. А вот на экспедии и на букинге локация не верна. Можно смело ехать по Гуглу. Расположение супер. Соотношение цена качество хорошее. Завтрак включен. Завтрак по меню, хороший. Очень уютные балкончики со столиками на каждом этаже с видом на фонтан и залив. Кулеры с водой и чай целый день на этаже. Останавливались на 5 ночей. Ездили по островам. Всё понравилось."

"Chindonan is located in a remote place and I had no problem getting there after being picked up at the port from the ferry - 45 minute speedboat ride. I came here for the diving and it did not disappoint. The food at the restaurant was tasty and offered a variety, including for vegetarians. All units require many steps to get there so it’s not for those who don’t want or cannot walk distances and stairs. "

I decided to try out some hostels for this solo travel trip and I’ve come to the conclusion hostels aren’t really for me, but I would definitely stay at The Outpost again because of the staff. If you enjoy the hostels experience or traveling in a budget, then definitely hit up The Outpost. "

"If you are looking to completely relax then this is the place for you. The staff (Robi, Ryan and 'Steve') go above and beyond to make you feel a part of the Majika family, they even arranged a Valetine's day dinner on the beach for us and on several occasions brought us fresh coconuts grown on site to drink from! The facilities are basic but after this year's planned renovations I'm sure it will become the perfect spot to switch off from every day life and enjoy the beautiful natural...

"The hostel ambiance is quite good for its price. We are just unfortunate that we had an early booking for a room good for 6 but they gave us a room for 8persons. Since we are just a group of 5, so they still offer the room for other travellers which lost the privacy that we are aiming for. Although, the staff are very accommodating in extending our stay because of some delays brought by typhoon. Overall, I will still recommend this hostel. "
