Quinta de Santa Maria is located in the Ribatejo region, in a natural and quiet environment.
The house V3 (3 bedrooms) is situated in a rural village, 300m from the center and has local commerce for support, namely, cafeteria, supermarket, ATM MB, pharmacy, restaurant and local taxi service.
The rustic saltwater pool (6mx6mx1,25m), bicycles, games, parking and a private outdoor area of ​​27. 400m2, totally fenced by a wall that guarantees privacy and security are requirements for exclusive use of this villa.
The quinta is 45 m from Lisbon, the city of Évora (UNESCO World Heritage), Santarém (capital of Portuguese Gothic), Setúbal (with its magnificent fish and seafood restaurants and wonderful beaches); you can visit the typical villages of Ribatejo tradition such as Coruche, Salvaterra de Magos and Vila Franca de Xira, taking advantage of the seasonal celebrations that are taking place at this time of year.

Sparkling clean lovely house in a rural village
We stayed at Albertina's house for 8 days in the middle of a very hot spell in August. The house is beautiful and absolutely immaculately clean. The swimming pool is great and grounds are huge -you have total privacy and quiet for your stay. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax this is it! Most importantly for this stay there was amazing air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room which meant we were very comfortable even on the day it reached 43 C outside! Albertina is very caring and attentive host. She greeted us warmly and sent regular texts to insure everything was okay. When I was having problems understanding a couple of things the local housekeeper came up right away to help out which was great! We wanted to totally switch of and decided to go without a car as the village is a five minute walk away and we had bikes at our disposal to explore. We also used the services of two local taxi drivers recommended by Albertina both of whom were excellent. The shop has one little supermarket which had daily deliveries and there are bakers and fishsellers who can call at the house. If you want to explore Ribatejo though you will want a car as this is a very rural area. Thank you so much for our very relaxing stay! We all enjoyed it so much and felt refreshed.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a very clean and warm house, the garden is huge (much bigger than you can see in the picture) the kids loved playing there, the pool was like never before, we all loved it, we wish to go again, perfect for all ages-everyone enjoyed it. highly recommended! thank you Albertina

Albertina is an amazing host and her house is the perfect place to relax and to enjoy some good times with family and friends! The house was impeccably clean with all the essential supplies you need for a short or long stay. It has much more space than the photos show and it really is very comfortable, peaceful and quiet with excellent neighbours who are very helpful. You can get fresh bread deliver to the door at the time that is most convenient, all you have to do is call the baker! If I could I would give more than 5 stars, it has exceed our expectations and we were really happy to be all together in such an amazing stay.

A minha família passou 1 semana nesta propriedade e adoraram!! A D. Albertina é extremamente prestável e dotada de uma enorme simpatia. Só temos a agradecer por todo o carinho. A casa é 5*: extremamente limpa, tem tudo e mais alguma para uma estadia em grande: ar condicionado em todos os quartos, acessorios de cozinha, jogos, bicicletas.. Tudo pensado ao pormenor para proporcionar conforto aos visitantes. A propriedade é enorme, com metros e metros de terreno mas é toda vedada o que proporciona segurança, privacidade e como levamos a nossa cadela estávamos descansados, ela podia andar livremente sem termos que nos preocupar. A casa é toda térrea, sem escadas, o que é muito útil em pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Com certeza que iremos voltar!!

Peace,tranquillity and relaxation
My husband and i stayed here for 5 days. The photos do not do this place justice. The farm was so clean and our host was beyond helpful. The garden was full of fruits including oranges,pears,mangoes and best of all the fig tree. The privacy was amazing and it was like being on our own island. Shops are a 2 minuet walk away and there is bikes at the property that you can use. I honestly could not recommended this propery enough. A true taste of heaven. We cant wait to come again and have a barbecue by the pool side. Thanks so much for making our experience so special.

Albertina is, as always, very kind and generous. Her place is great, very comfortable, big and fenced. Perfect for a getaway, surrounded by nature. She made some great improvements since our last stay in 2018. It would only have been better if we had some sun to enjoy the pool!!

Dias de descanso absoluto numa casa super confortável, cuidada, limpa e com todas as comodidades disponíveis. Adorámos o conforto dos quartos, as refeições no exterior, a mesa de matraquilhos, a piscina, o deck de descanso junto à piscina! Casa à medida para o nosso grupo: dois casais e respetivos filhos. A televisão não foi ligada durante toda a nossa estadia, apenas desfrutámos da companhia dos amigos e do espaço! Recomendo a 100%!

Passamos um fim de semana revigorante. Reuni a familia mais chegada para um belo convivio. Tudo correu super bem. Desde a extrenha simpatia e disponibilidade da proprietaria Albertina, até às excelentes instalações, piscina de água salgada, grelhador e acima de tudo a calma e harmonia do campo. Un petit séjour de 5 jours dans ce lieu magnifique, reposant avec tout a disposition: piscine, baby-foot, climatisation dans toute les pièces, cuisine bien équipée 👌, serviettes de piscine , linges fournis !!! Para uma semana de férias, em familia, com ou sem crianças, é ideal. Além da casa ser bastante espaçosa e estar completamente equipada (AC, tvs, máquina louça, máquina lavar roupa, máquina café) a própria quinta é grande o suficiente para fazer caminhadas, apanhar laranjas, beldroegas para salada (para quem conhece o que é). Para finalizar, a anfitriã é de uma simpatia enorme, sempre disponível, e tem excelentes recomendações para petiscos.

Éramos 4 adultos e 3 crianças entre os 2 e os 6 anos, fomos 2 noites e adorámos! Para a próxima iremos mais tempo. Primeiro de tudo a sra. Albertina é uma pessoa muito simpática e disponível, prepara a receção até ao último pormenor e a casa estava impecavelmente limpa e cuidada. Tem todas as comodidades (máquina café, ar condicionado, máquina lavar loiça e o respetivo detergente, máquina lavar roupa e o respetivo detergente, resguardos nas camas, tachos, panelas, batedeira, varinha mágica, microondas, etc) e é muito confortável (camas e sofá confortáveis, cadeiras para todos, espreguiçadeiras, cama de rede, etc) A Quinta estava toda por nossa conta e é fechada, o que é ótimo para quem tem crianças e/ou quer levar o animal de estimação. Ainda tivemos a sorte de chegar e ter ovos frescos e figos! O que não nos impediu de aproveitarmos o pão e o bolo do sr. Manuel que passou pela quinta no sábado à tarde. Gostámos mesmo muito, é um sitio muito tranquilo, é ótimo para relaxar e recarregar as baterias com todas as comodidades necessárias.

Em primeiro lugar, dizer que a Dona Albertina é de uma simpatia e de uma simplicidade dignas de nos fazer sentir bem-recebidos na sua propriedade. Só existem boas coisas para comentar... A limpeza da casa e de todo o espaço exterior; A piscina é fantástica e como só tem 1,25m de altura, as crianças e os adultos que não se sintam à vontade na água porque não sabem nadar, nesta piscina isso não vai ser um problema; Casa rústica mas extremamente funcional, ficámos surpreendidos pela positiva; Se querem escolher esta propriedade porque têm cães de estimação, não pensem 2 vezes, porque a quinta é toda ela fechada e vedada a toda a volta, e os vossos animais têm muito terreno para correr e explorar sem os donos se preocuparem; Quero agradecer à Dona Albertina por tudo, e recomendar a Quinta de Santa Maria para uns dias de descanso a quem esteja indeciso se deva ou não reservar...
