"We loved our stay at the Petite House. It has a large yard and the house is very cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family gathering for TLU graduation. The listing mentions the drained lake, but I didn't realize it was right on the river (I did see it on the map, but didn't know I had access). That was a big bonus. Although, it was hard to get to the river as there are no steps (there is a slight drop where the yard ends and the lake should be). My only complaint was that the back porch was really dirty. We had to sweep off lots of cob webs and leaves, etc. off the walls, floor and couch. All in all, we loved our stay at the Petite House. I would definitely stay again."

"My large family had an amazing time. There was plenty of space for everyone to be able to enjoy without being on top of each other. After a little cleaning the outside facilities were absolutely perfect for our Barbecue and birthday celebration. I love that the kitchen had two large tables, we were able to all enjoy a meal together. We were not able to use the dock since it seemed a bit unstable and very slippery. It was only a short 30 minute drive to float the river. I would definitely recommend to large parites who want to be able to create great family memories"
