Just Passing Thur
Would have liked to had a room on the 4th floor with a view. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and friendly. Area was safe with plenty of shopping spots and restaurants.

Wish the breakfast had not been an extra cost but plenty of restaurants around to get breakfast. Other wise perfect spot for our trip to the Ark and Creation museum.

I love staying at the holiday inn Florence. Staff are nice and helpful and great location for what I need it for. The breakfast was good but it did cost extra at $8 but goes until 10am and food was good. I love staying here and will continue to do so.

The place was located in very good place near the ark encounter and at the same time near to the Creation Museum, perfect for our trip. In general, we like everything. Was clean, people was nice, and I definitely recommend.

Ok stay
Front desk staff were great. Bartender did not seem happy that we stopped in. Seemed to know little about making a cocktail. She also seemed upset that she had to get up and serve us. We got our drinks and went to our rooms.

this was a very clean "open" hotel. really nice. we had some problems with room keys not working and the HVAC fan did not seem to adjust except on off. :( it worked, but it was "BREEZY" when it ran.

When my family and I checked in, there were people already staying in the room. I went down to let management know and they assured me the room had been empty since two days prior. The manager came up removed the baggage and several other items from the room and allowed us to stay there because that’s the floor our party was on Instead of moving us to the fourth floor. Later in the evening management had to come back up because other items had been left in the closet we missed previously. So during this time we had to get a new set of keys made and then we were assured we were the only ones with keys to the room, no one else would be entering. We were gone most of the next day, came back our keys did not work, they assumed we had checked out. it was the up and down of having to get new keys made, of the baggage being in there to begin with, the room being rented out to someone else, it was very inconvenient!
