Me gustó el cuidado del jardín. La comida. NO me gustó la limpieza y el mal estado de barandales y lo poco cuidado de algunas cosas de los cuartos (cortinas, manijas). El agua de la alberca estaba fría. Los trabajadores dijeron que estaba descompuesto el mecanismo para calentarla y el personal dijo que no era verdad.El internet del cuarto no funcionaba bien. No procuró el personal dar una satisfacción más amable a sus problemas.

Pictures and website are outdated. Facility needs a lot of maintenance done to keep up with pictures portrayed. The rooms smell moldy.

The hotel is split in 2 sections. We changed room because the first one seemed like a storage shed in the middle of both sections. Second room was nicer with a balcony and view to the city. Staff was nice and helpful.

The gardens are very nice. The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. The pool was clean. My dogs had a great time too.

1 night stay for our family. Nice room with balcony and beautiful garden with pool. Had decent breakfast except for the orange juice that was too sour.

Don’t recommend it. You have to carry your luggage up Lots of stairs…the mosquitos were really bad. We couldn’t sit outside much less use the pool.

Beware!!
This is our first time visiting Cuernavaca and my experience was not that great. The person from reception area was not friendly. This hotel has no phones in rooms so either you go look for them in person or if you need something you communicate through WhatsApp??? And they only answer texts not calls. They did not leave enough towels knowing it was 3 of us and they did not clean the room one of the 4 nights that we were there!!? According to them , clean linen was not available!?? First day we were there, we wanted to eat at dining area and they said no because they had a large group of people that were going to dine inside so they wanted us to go to pool area and the server said, "once you are ready to order, please do it thru WhatsApp!??? Horrible experience. This hotel is not on my list for future visits!

El hotel está un poco viejo y carece de mantenimiento. Apartamos dos habitaciones y una de ellas estaba en muy malas condiciones. Sabiendo que apartamos dos habitaciones, nos las dieron en extremos opuestos.

Not much to like. Old and in need of uogrades. Never could make the TV work: all lousy streaming services based on an unstable internet connection. Unwatchable. The shower head spread water all over. Was there for only one night so i did not use other facilitues or the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is not their fault they work in a hotel that has seen better days.

Gardens and room are good. My lower rating comes from the service. Restaurant service very slow and therefor your food was cold. Not enough towels in the room for 4 people. Keys got demagnetizes almost every day. We were there for Christmas. Christmas eve was very noisy as in Mexico you a really celebrating Jesus' birthday until late into the night/morning.

Las instalaciones están muy viejas, la cama durísima, la regadera de baja presión, el viernes hay música en vivo lo que hace imposible que uno descanse. En verdad, muy mala experiencia.

Garden pool, and brave swimming.
The magic of Cuernavaca has faced down some tiring days. YOur hotel boosted our self esteem. We even swam laps...but then all the kids arrived. Now I have to say, the inside of the pool felt really great and we went hope without aches and pains. Clean the pool twice a day. Lovely gardens.
