Excellent location, great price, comfy rooms
D&C Hotel is located at an excellent location, 5-minute walk from Dragon Bridge and river walk along it. At the night, Son Tra Night Market starts at the end of Mai Hac Street. Everything is very walkable from the hotel. The hotel staff are very resourceful and helpful. They were able to arrange a round-trip taxi for us to Ba Na Hills. When we cancelled it due to the weather, they were able to re-route it to Marble Mountain & Linh Ung Pagoda at our request. We used the same taxi driver for My Son Sanctuary & Hoi An. The room had excellent amenities, including a chair-table combo from where you could get a great city view as it illuminates into the night. One of the best parts was the rooftop restaurant where we got included breakfast catching view of Dragon Bridge. Their service was very good, as when we called they immediately arranged for it. All this for 22$ for 1 night. Great bargain I'd say.

The breakfast booking option is really nice. Banh me (vietnamese baguette) is really a good choice and furthermore - views from the breakfast venue - unbeatable!

Wow! Wish I had found this hotel earlier. The staff and manager went full out to make it a pleasant stay. Any wish or request was dealt with immediately. Room was spacious and close to the riverside and dragon bridge but in a quiet area (had the best nights sleep). Sky lounge was beautiful with views of all Da Nang. Was continually asked if I needed anything, they ordered my taxi, even managed to get me something I couldn’t find myself and had it delivered to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again. If I was to complain it would be that the bathroom was too dark and the toilet needed to be repaired but it worked.

A hotel suitable for backpackers
My friend and I stayed in their double standard room. It was a room with basic amenities provided for us, such as TV, water boiler, toiletries, etc. The front desk staff are friendly locals with the ability to communicate in English. The overall experience was great and I love their breakfast. D&C Hotel offers breakfast in a la carte style instead of buffet style. We had to order our breakfast a day before. Their menu includes a few local dishes such as Quang noodles, Bahn Mi and Pho. However, what disappointed me was their room cleaning. We found out that they did not changed our bed sheet during our stay because of the exact same stain on our bed sheet.

Initial thoughts where okay
No curtain on bathroom window and view from window was grest til we looked down into neighbouring coffin shop...... we left next day... linen becoming thread bare an bed very old. On the upside the Staff were great

amazing room with an amazing view! in the middle of the town centre and the beach so both can be reached by walking but great experience with staff and stay! however when i first checked i found nail clippings on my bed and chair but nonetheless would definitely book a room there again

Great view
We found this hotel good for the price .short taxi ride to the beach and town.good restaurants close by.we had at great view from our room and the view from the roof top bar was fantastic .Staff helpful.

Nice enough and fine for an overnight
I stayed for one night, as my flight into Da Nang arrived late in the evening. Taxi ride to the hotel was required, as the hotel forgot to send the car that had been pre-arranged. They made up for this by upgrading me to a suite. Sky bar is pleasant, food is generally decent and tasty, and staff are generally polite. Not sure about the local area, as I didn't stay long enough here. Definitely fine for an overnight stop. Some work to do on cleanliness and finesse - bath mat was dirty, one of the bath towels smelt like it had not been dried properly before being put into the room, and the bathroom generally was not as clean as I would expect (mouldy grout etc)

A good hotel, comfy beds, good breakfast. Staff very helpful and happy to advise and make bookings. Close to riverside and lots of places to eat. Short stroll to other side of the river and an easy and interesting 2 km walk to the beach. Choose a street with shade trees if you walk. I would not eat dinner there as it is average and there are so many cheaper and taster paces on the riverfront. The only downside was the floors were not cleaned. Heaps of dust around curtains, floor and feet picked up grainy dust. Overall good value for money

Value for money hotel
Good for a comfortable stay. Don't expect anything more. The views on the rooftop was nice. The view from my deluxe room with curved windows would be good if the windows are cleaned. The windows were quite dirty with marks and stains. If cleaning of exterior windows is done regularly, I would recommend one to stay here. Breakfast is not fulfilling as they ask you to choose from a little menu. The portions are small. There are some small cakes that are free flow but overall you would feel like you needed more. Bed was okay. The deluxe room was smaller than expected. Almost the same, if not smaller than normal rooms.

Rock hard bed, tired room which wasn't very clean, several of the advertised amenities don't exist. Cannot recommend.

Excellent stopover place.
Very nice, comfortable room. Excellent condition. We stayed only 1 night - great stop over place. 15 min. to airport - $3.00 taxi. Not sure about location for sightseeing. Ate at a local fish restaurant - no tourists, no English, no pictures. We looked at what others were eating and picked. GREAT meal. Gave us breakfast baguette with egg and ham to go - delicious. Coffee was very thick - worse I have had in Vietnam.

Comfortable and quiet
Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, large rooms. Rooftop bar and restaurant. But the location is a bit inconvenient. Nothing within walking distance so you must use a taxi out tuk-tuk. Not expensive, but you have to allow for the time.

Modern clean hotel - highly recommend
We stayed at D&C Hotel for one night and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are very clean and modern with large windows. The bathroom was good, the shower was powerful and the bed was comfortable. Our little interaction with the staff was good and the breakfast was limited options but tasty. The location isn't fantastic, it is about a half hour walk to the beach and while a short stroll to the river it is a 25 minute walk to the other side where most of the restaurants are located, despite this taxis are affordable and this hotel is great for an airport stopover.

Very good value. I felt comfortable there.
Very good. Clean and well presented. Elevator to rooms. Very close to Han River, city centre, cafes.

QUIET COZY HOTEL. EXCELLENT FOR A 2.5 STAR HOTEL!
Small hotel located within walking distance to the waterfront area. Staff are very friendly. The room is quite small but if your purpose is to just have a place to sleep, it is fine. Very budget friendly.

Cheap hotel near Dragon Bridge
It is very cheap. But the room is not so clean. We can see some ants over the room. And the room has a smell when we entered. The light of the toilet is not bright enough. The staff of the hotel is not friendly enough. They asked which set of breakfast you would like to eat, but when we go upstairs to eat, one of the set didnt provide and they said one of the set had been eat by another person.... How come.... At night, when we go out. There is no light in the corridor, we need to open it by ourselve. It frightened us.
