The hotel was in a great location,close to walk to everything. The staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast included,it was great! Not really fancy but very good value and comfortable!

Location was super! Walking distance to the ancient town but just quiet enough. Room was big with big bath tub and a separate shower booth. Booked the "river view". Yes, you can see the river from a certain angle but I would say it's a "neighboring hotel's pool view" .

Very helpful staff
Nice hotel very close to old town .when we arrived were shown a room with swimming pool view. We were very disappointed as the room was dark and to see the swimming pull you had to hang your head out of the window . We explained to the staff our dissatisfaction and they immediately changed our room for a river view which was amazing . The staff were lovely Breakfast was great would definitely recommend but not swimming pool view

Good location, close to Old town, yet quiet. Clean and modern. Reception staff are helpful. Some stuff at buffet breakfast should be covered to protect from fly. Room cleaners sometimes forget to replaced stuff such as tea bags, shower cap, etc.

Hotel near to old town
Hotel is situated very near to old town. Explanation about the hotel and surrounding given by staff during check in was helpful. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Using the rain shower above the bathtub is prone to flooding the bathroom unless care is taken to adjust shower head to minimise splatter out of the tub. Breakfast was ok. There is s shuttle to An Bang beach.

Close to night markets. My only criticism is the penthouse windows were tiny. This detracted from an otherwise great room.

Great value great location
Amazing! Really friendly staff, clean and spacious, rooms in great condition. Friendly atmosphere and located right in the old town so just a strole along the canal and your in amongst it all!

Too many great things to say about this hotel! They spoke pretty good English. Clean and the staff is super accommodating. Walking distance to night market and all shopping. The staff made the stay extra special and went above and beyond. Than and Thi are the front desk ladies and are top notch!!

Proximity to the old town is a plus but it's not too close that you get swarmed by the bus loads of tourists that come everyday. Staff are all very friendly and very prompt with resolving issues. Aircon wasn't working properly but staff gave us another keycard to cool the room when we are not in it. Very much needed in for August weather. I had an issue with the shower head and the hotel engineers resolved the issue very quickly. Room is very nice but if you do have mobility issues the bathtub is not ideal for showering as it is quite a climb to get in. Not enough hooks or towel rods to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. Toilet separated by a glass door is a plus.

Comfortable and nice!
This hotel is really nice, the rooms are big and comfortable. The location is great as well, just few minutes walking from the night market and the main and colorful streets of Hoi An. The staff is really helpful and attentive, Than and Tai were amazing. The breakfast is generous. We booked rooms with river view and, although is nice, you don't get to see the colorful part of the river with all the canoes.

Great location, great staff, breakfast had many options, i loved my balcony, just seating there, looking at the city and eating small mangoes. From downsides, their restaurant tends to take time to prepare meals.

Fantastic location, beautiful room and great views. It was my girlfriends birthday and the staff did an amazing job with birthday flowers and decorations. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Just a few metres walk to market and old town. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay. The only critisism is the breakfast was very average. The breakfast juice sat there for days, no one drank it, when I tried it on the first day it tasted like it had expired days earlier. Overall, I would recommend this place for the price paid and I would definately vome back again. Thank you to all the staff. Beautiful :)

The location is excellent, just at the border of the Old Town. Therefore you avoid the street noice from tourists at night. The Hotel has its own shuttle to the beach, for free, and the beach is never over crowded, you can eat lunch there. You can also book a number of tours right at the hotel desk, which is reasonably priced and convenient. The one day tour to Ban Na Hills was pretty amazing. Just the 5.8 Km cable car, worlds longest, was worth the trip. Hotel staff is always kind and helpful. We took a cooking class there which was fun. Air conditioner works great in all rooms. We stayed for 10 nights, maybe a little long, considering the heat at this time of year, and the amount of tourists crowding the streets at night. But the old town is adorable, and full of little restaurants where you can discover a fusion of Vietnamese and other cuisines. Will definitely go back there again.

A nice quaint hotel in Hoi An. I stayed in the penthouse suite, it was nice but not as spectacular as the web site pictures. There was a pool on the ground floor and it was tiny, not sure it if was for adults, but I did not try it. The location is excellent, within walking distance of dining options. The old town is about a 15 minute walk, but it is a pleasant walk. I dined in the restaurant once and it was good/excellent. Overall, a nice hotel that is reasonably priced. I recommend this hotel.

Nice, but there are some downsides.
My room was pleasant, the view to the river was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice with a soaking tub and a spacious shower. Location was also great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On the less positive side, breakfast was uninspired. I had difficulty finding anything that I really enjoyed eating, including the made to order breakfast (though I didn't try all of their offerings so maybe other things were better). Wifi was very weak, even in the common areas. The hotel itself has potentially attractive spaces, but the decor and paint could be updated. The pool is small and oddly situated by the front desk/lobby, which makes it feel way too public - like you're on display and not just to others in the pool area, but to anyone who happens to come into the lobby, use the elevator, etc.. As a result, I didn't use the pool, nor did I see anyone else use it the whole time I was there, though it should have been very enticing given how hot it was!

This is my second stay at this great hotel. Conveniently located close to old town. Great friendly staff that are always helpful and cheerful. I had forgotten items in room at departure time and front office staff had it dropped to Da Nang for me. Can't thank the staff enough for their efforts in getring it send to me. This allowed me not to worry and to continue with my holidays. Thank you again and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The location was great, walking distance to the old town with plenty to see. The room wasn’t great though (pool view was pretty sad too). The room is clean but looks aged and lighting in the room is dim. Staffs were awesome and always friendly though!
