"I loved this hotel. The rooms are quaint, the layout means the cottages are private and quiet. The restaurant overlooks the sea and the food is lovely. The homemade ice cream, that you can watch being made, is delicious (I had avacado and spicy ginger) thick and creamy and the gift shop and being able to watch crafts people writing is just fab. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you. "

"Lovely design, comfortable rooms, good ac , wifi not bad but sometimes connection is unstable, shower is not hot, was power shortage once (in 3 days) The staff is very helpful (advisory for local activities, helpful with communication with other hotels/resorts , luggage care. I highly recommend to order chicken soup, it's incredibly delicious!"

"Grace at the front desk was the most welcoming and courteous person we could ask for. She offered to book our tours, arranged for a massage, gave the best recommendations for things to see and places to eat. She went above and beyond our expectations. The pool was nice with a beautiful view and the room was spacious. Everyone at the hotel was nice and the included breakfast was a nice way to start our day. Hope to be back in a year or so. "I left this hotel with mixed feelings. It caters more to diving services. My family spent 4 days there. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The only issues that bothered were the brownouts and no hot water. It's a bit far from Alona Beach, but another adequate beach is within walking distance. The most excellent part of our stay was the staff. Very professional and friendly. Really helped out with the transportation with trikes. They really know how to make you feel welcome.
