Never again, not worth the money!!!Posted Jul 27, 2015
Location: Near lots of shopping
Booked 2 rooms and put on different floors, rooms dirty, frig didn't work at all, dresser broke, TV won't turn down unless you turned it off then on, bathroom light turned off then on when it felt like it. People they had working on looked like they were having fun drinking and sitting until they notice someone was looking. Very run down!! Needs to be cleaned!!

Cons: the room needs cleaned and redone.
room smelled, it was a non smoking room but it had a bad smell away. the towels were ruff and had stains on them. the bathroom looked like they tried to paint the tub and surround but it looked terrible. There were yellow stains on the walls. The breakfast was a joke, the only thing that was left when we got there half our before it was to be done was Cereal and 2 pieces of bread. Will look for another hotel when I go back down to that area.

Pay a little more and stay somewhere better!!Posted Jul 6, 2015
Except for the curb appeal of this hotel everything else was terrible! The check in person was rude to a say the least! Room was shabby with a dirty bathroom. Shower head broke and was spraying everywhere before I was even done showering. I get we went cheap staying here, but what a mistake.

Was not what we expected from other Days Inn.Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: Close to the shopping mall
Cons: Could have put us in a room next door to our father that has walking and seeing probems as we requested when booked the room or at least the same row
Location: Close to family we were visiting
Too small of space, out dated, staff not friendly. Did not meet the needs of our elderly father. Too small of a breakfast.

I would like to apologize for the unfriendly service you recieved and the poor placement of your room, and as for breakfast I am going to revisit some of our brand standards to see if there is more we could offer. Thanks you for your input and i hope you will return in the future.

I liked the convenience of the location.Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: The convenience of location.
Cons: Sheet quality for sure!!!
Location: Lots of restaurants, shopping & fun near by!
I wasn't happy w/the night crew. The sheets felt like sand paper & the breakfast was disappointing w/stale cereal.

Rooms weren't very nice but adequate. When I checked in the hotel clerk gave me a room only to come out to the parking lot to tell me that my credit card did not clear, so I paid cash. When I asked for a receipt she hesitated for a few minutes then refunded my money and gave me a different room. Shady!

Cons: AC-heater and tv should be improved
I stayed there one night. Hotel was great. Only problem was AC - heater doesn't work properly in one room. So i changed my room. Also there was a big old tv and its remote control didn't work. The hotel has simple breakfast option. i tried to eat yogurt but there was no spoon around breakfast area. Rather then that everything was ok. Hotel staffs are very friendly and the location of hotel is very good. Rooms are clean.

Horrible overpriced hotel. Bed was falling a part. TV did not work. A/C was way too loud. Worth about $20 per night. Not $70

Disaster in DaytonPosted Apr 21, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel room was older and poorly maintenanced, there were water stains on the ceiling and walls. Breakfast was laughable. CRT Tvs in rooms. Some cable channels didnt work including the guide. There was a strange smell in room as well.

Nice but outdatedPosted Apr 19, 2015
Hotel is close right off 675 and close to the Dayton Mall and other stores but it is outdated and kind of run down. In a pinch, we would stay here again but it's not our first choice.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you found our hotel outdated and run down. We're hoping to make the hotel more up to date some time in the near future. As for being run down, that is something that hard work can take care of, and it is clear that the General Manager was not putting forth the appropriate amount of effort to make the property neat and clean and to satisfy our guests. She has since been replaced and we are in the process of sprucing up the property. I hope you are willing to give us another chance should you ever find yourself in the area again. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
