We stayed in an owner property on 19th floor South Tower & were disappointed. We booked this one night stay to extend our vacation at Ocean Walk by another night. I reached out several times to them via email & text to inquire about an early check-in & they never acknowledged or answered our request. Wyndham accommodated us giving us a late check out of our 2 bedroom unit in South Tower but had no control over allowing an early check in to the 1 bdrm unit since we rented it through Expedia & private owners. So as a result we had to pack our belongings & check them in with the bellman service to wait 4 hours before getting to check into the 1bdrm unit. It was inconvenient & frankly poor customer service since they never even acknowledged our request. The unit was clean but poorly maintained & not very comfortable. Two of the towel racks in bathroom were broken & thrown in vanity drawers, the floor was scuffed and chipped in many places, there were wall scuffs, and the tub was cracked with some mold growing on the tile grout. It served our purpose of an additional 1 night stay but if that unit were our 7 night stay it would have been very disappointing. The resort itself is great, huge pool, hot tubs, and lazy river, location is awesome, it allows walking to many restaurants, pier etc. We love the resort & plan to return! Staff were friendly & very accomodating, bar doesn't have happy hour specials which is odd but drinks were good. Overall this resort is a favorite of ours.
