Very convenient. There wasn’t a shower curtain and the commode didn’t flush. Then it took a couple of trios to the front desk to get my door keyed so it would finally open. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is quite good.

The property looked old and the elevators were not working properly and felt very unsafe and definitely took long. The cleaning staff was super friendly and the free breakfast included a lot of options that we enjoyed in a nice dining area.

It was very clean. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Especially our maid Betty. She did an awesome job and made our bathroom lovely with her towel swan.

Straight trash. Lilian, the woman at front desk told me I couldn't check in when I flight got delayed and I got there at 3am in the morning. I had nowhere else to go and she didn't give a crap. She basically said I have to figure it out with Expedia but she's so sorry and walked away. Luckily the Hilton saved the day. At 3am they were willing to give me a room and not charge me extra for early check in. I'll never stay at holiday-trash inn again in my life. Flew in for a funeral and you literally didn't care.

Best ever Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in! From the moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted by personnel that actually cared, were professional, personal and efficient. The rooms were great. The breakfast was good, but the lady responsible for the area was very caring and helpful. The employees at this hotel made this a great hotel!

Bathroom was not no clean and toilet seat loose, and shower water diverter was away from shower wall. This morning got in elevator and when it stopped at 1st floor and door would not open? I left my cell phone in room - I tripped alarm and used phone to call - the phone would ring, but when answered by front desk, got a busy signal. I pounded & pounded on the door, nobody came- finally a Lady I heard a Lady tell me was working to get me out? Simone was turning the elevator on and off, I punched button to move to a different floor, would not work? Finally the door had a crack, O put my fingers in the crack and forced the door open!

Arrived from uk for my brothers funeral and while being met by other family in the lobby, we were shocked by the rude duty manager who told us to stop making noise and when told that her attitude was unwarranted, she then refused to check us in and gestured for us to queue to have the other member of staff check us in. Made to feel unwelcome. Breakfast food not great quality apart from cinnamon rolls. Tea/coffee available 24hr. Noisy room with poor soundproofing between rooms. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Other reception staff helpful but some staff in breakfast area miserable. Expensive room rates for a budget style hotel.

Every thing was fine till I when’t to take a shower. I turned the light on and saw a couple of cockroaches. I was able to kill one and took the evidence down to the front desk, she apologized but said since I booked with Expedia she could not give me a refund because Expedia uses their own credit info so she said to talk to Expedia. So I am looking for Expedia to contact me about a refund
