“would go back”

Enjoyed our stay the room was really nice and clean and roomy. But the only thing we would like to see is bigger pillows in the rooms.

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!”

Ohio, is a non-smoking state: NOT IN NAPOLEON, OHIO. The smoke smell in this hotel was awful!!! They have a sign on the front door stating that Ohio is non-smoking; however, in this hotel you are permitted to smoke on half of the third floor. It is really really bad when the smoke is so strong that is seeps into your room. We complained to the cleaning staff, they said they do their best. We complained to the front desk, they didn't care!!
