the house was to high in de mounting and walk to DENIA was to mutch
we think e have the total property but the omen off the house live downstairs and we at the first floor whith the dogs :(,when we read for booking we think we have the total property:(,we have clean the house for 3 days it was thirty and the toilet was not so good working behind the kitchen,

The property is not as it’s described
On arrival to the property we were met by the Spanish host ( no English) other person English was ok but he could not translate what the host was saying. The property was shocking and defiantly not how it’s described, the place was dirty. ( floors dirty, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups) a generally dirty dusty unkept place. The toaster was rusty, air conditioning blew warm air, the tv had 1 Spanish channel, all controls were broken so couldn’t change channels. The Wi-Fi is very poor and the host was not happy to give me the pass code. The bed covers were dirty and stained, and they used folded duvet covers as sheets. The pool is very small, and the sun beds / loungers looked as old as the hills. No other chairs to sit on by the very small pool. We booked this place for 2 weeks and we stayed there for 2 hours, we were covered in bites and the place smelt awful ( fusty, damp, unkept). It’s been an absolute nightmare to get in touch with Vrbo to rectify all of the problems.

Excellent accomation
In good order throughout,a little tired in places,but a select residential area with stunning views and great balconies. Only one drawback,3 kms to Denia town and 100 meters above sea level,and at age 75 needed the car every day. Definitely suit younger family,great value and really kind helpful owners. Too steep to walk

Estancia perfecta, la casa está muy equipada y la piscina es privada, barbacoa funcional, solarium con preciosas vistas a la montaña. Limpieza muy correcta y estancias fresquitas. El alquiler es de la parte de arriba de la casa y es más que suficiente. La casa tiene mosquiteras en todas las estancias y ropa de cama y toallas estaban incluidas. Los dueños son muy amables y respetan mucho la intimidad. El aparcamiento es dentro de la casa lo que es genial. En coche se pueden hacer muchas excursiones tanto a Dénia como a los pueblos de alrededor.

Fantasticas vacaciones en familia
Pasamos una estancia fantástica desde el dia 1 , desde la llegada a la partida. La casa ideal, ubicación a 5 minutos en coch3 de playa, negocios de Denia centro. Urbanización tranquila, zero ruidos o bullicio. Ubicada a pies del Montgo. Vistas hernosas a las montañas, atardecer y noches de luna llena y estrelladas. Posibilodades de prender una pequeña fogata. Terrazas comodas con varias zonas para compartir. Piscina impecable y hermoso jardin . 10 puentos. Superó nuestras expectativa. Recibimiento 10 puntos. GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS
