Clean and convenient. Comfortable bed. Not very soundproof. We could hear the people in the next room. The air conditioning seemed a little difficult to regulate to the right temperature. We normally keep a room at about 70. We had the air set to 61 and were still a little warm. The breakfast had nice choices.

The hotel was nice, the bed comfy, free breakfast was great. The only bad thing is the two Ubers I had to pay for because somehow Expedia booked the hotel FARTHEST from the concert venue!

Our comforter was visibly stained yet it was put on the bed. The room was very small. Breakfast was disappointing. Staff was friendly. Wont stay again

The rooms we had on the second floor had a comfortable set up. We had a big king bed. 1 couch and 1 recliner with a coffee table and tv. Big mini fridge and a desk. They had plenty of hangers and a bench to sit on at the door to put shoes on and storage for shoes.

Very good facility for a budget hotel. Not a pristine property, but well maintained and clean. My room was huge— much larger than I expected. Desk clerk was efficient and friendly. Although not too many sidewalks, a large, nice grocery store and an open-late restaurant are in easy walking distance. Also very close to the Des Moines Airport (DSM).

Pleasant surprise! The room and hotel were very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and it was close to the airport. I actually got some decent sleep before having to be up by 4 a.m. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay before a flight. Price was great! Staff was very friendly. All in all a great experience. Thank you!

This is our second time traveling to this hotel and i cant say enough good things about it. The property is tucked away from the busy hwy and though it is close to the airport you never heard the planes. The stay at this property were super sweet and friendly. We travel with littles and have never felt unsafe at this property. One down fall about the property. Was the ones walking in their rooms above us we heard every foot step.

This property is fine, but nothing above that. The staff is friendly. The room is clean. But everything is appropriate to the price point of the room. It's very handy because it is very close to the airport. It's a safe property. But there are definitely paper thin walls!

The room was terrible and smelled like someone smoked an entire carton of cigarettes and the front desk guy was a total jerk he was very unhelpful and not very nice. I will not stay here ever again

The room overall was comfortable, clean, spacious. The bed although was a ‘queen’ was the size of a double. It was not very comfortable and I do not have back issues but I tossed and turned. The room was a little bright during the night. Breakfast was good. Nice area.
