ok stay

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Improve breakfast and area.Address carpet stains in room
Location: easy to find
Room needed TLC to address carpet stains , door stop falling off. should not list breakfast when it is there ' Grab & Go' ,Breakfast should include at least milk, juice of some sort and bread and/ or English muffins and places to sit to eat same.

No Continental Breakfast

Pros: available rooms and kitchen. picked this hotel over another because of breakfast then there was no breakfast Disappointed !!!!
Cons: have breakfast. Breakfast claim was not accurate.
Booked a non smoking room but room smelled like smoke. after complaining they moved us to a different room and were very accommodating. when we asked about where the continental breakfast was they said that table over there we usually put granola bars and coffee on it. we never in two days seen anything but the coffee.

The room was disgusting. Hair balls in the bathroom and who knows what was on the tv. I wouldn't stay there again.

Nice property but a bit noisy.

This property is near the interstate with easy on/off access. Unfortunately my room faced the highway so it was loud. My no smoking room had obviously hosted a rule breaker recently.

Non-Smoking Rooms Not "Guaranteed"

After booking a non smoking room here on expedia, we were given a smoking room upon check-in. They explained it as it was our preference and that you are not guaranteed a non smoking room. It was horrible. The room was out dated and the bedding was worn. We were in the room very minimal (just to sleep) so we stuck it out. If we were there more we would have taken it as a loss and went somewhere else.

Disappointed

Pros: The staff was nice and friendly.
We had stayed at another Extended Stay once and it was so nice, that is why I booked this one, but, let me tell you they are not all the same! The staff was very nice, but the room had a very strange smell in it and you could hear the traffic all night from I80. The breakfast to go was quite a joke too.

As an Extended Stay Hotel, we provide a grab-and-go breakfast with some small items to take with you for the road as our rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are hard as rocks, the pillows are worthless, and as a smoker staying in a smoking room, it smelled worse than an ashtray. The only thing positive, was the staff.
