Very clean and welcoming from the front desk. Especially Alex she was great in welcoming and made feel comfortable since I came from California and not knowing the weather. Alex was great!

Brennen at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable and answered my questions and signed me up for the airport shuttle. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved my pillow options. The line of shampoo/conditioner/body soap products was great!!

Room beside the Hotel elevator is obnoxious and annoying, along with a horrible bed spring that squeaks everyone you move! I toss and turn a lot in my sleep and it would wake me and my wife up each time I moved! A little disappointed to be honest!

I got an amazing room for the price I paid. There is a full kitchen including dishwasher stove fridge dishes cooking utensils. Eating area. Living room. TV has hundreds of channels. Bathroom huge with all essentials except a toothbrush which you can get downstairs. The pillows are AMAZING. All for under 200 bucks. So impressed. Great job!!! I highly recommend this hotel.

Paul was there behind the desk when we arrived and checked us in. He was so kind, funny, welcoming, and super helpful. The entire hotel was so clean. Our room was fantastic, the bathroom was so clean, we all slept so great, and breakfast the next morning was fantastic!!

Clean and easy check In and out. Breakfast typical of hotels now. Nothing extraordinary. We really despise powdered eggs but whatever.

Hotel Manager is brutal - stay here if you want, but if anything goes awry, don't expect any shred of accommodation. Hotel policy is written and enforced by serpents.

In order to complete the reservation, you acknowledged that you were aware of the reservation was non-refundable. On the morning we stayed on the property we got up to go and there was no water pressure. One of us was in the shower and the water stopped. We called down to the front desk and we were told they were aware of the situation and someone would be there that afternoon. Not any help to us. So the person in the shower didn't get to finish her shower with soap in her hair and none of the rest of us did not get to shower. The person did not even apologize. Then in the kitchen the kitchen there were ants all over counter. Anything we had on the counter had to be thrown away. Again the lady at the front desk was told of the ants and said she would tell someone. No apology or anything. Just told to talk to Expedia.
