"I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. "This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, I would warn English speakers that this hotel can be a bit of a struggle as it didn’t seem there were many staff with English skills. Not a bad thing at all, just want to note that you shouldn’t expect fluent English at all times. Additionally, this hotel does not allow Grab on the property. In order to leave, you need to book a private car or ask the front desk to hire a taxi. The taxis are outrageously priced — ours asked...

"Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. "
