"The 5 of us had a great time exploring Cat Island. The flats were close by to explore. We bought fish from Carl Pinder. I was amazed how much sand the beach lost on the beach in 2 days with the westerly winds blowing. Then 2 days later most of the sand was replenished. Awesome place to stay. Only negative was the mosquitoes after dark and the rain one night brought out the no see ems. This is so typical for any island in the Bahamas. Thanks Cat for letting us stay in your home."

"Simply paradise. Exactly what we've been looking for. Quiet, peaceful, remote and a beautiful home. It is listed as a UFO Hot spot? I figured it was just a creative promotion. With all of the UFOs in the news lately and the fact that it is in the Bermuda Triangle, I figure what the heck, I'll give it a shot. I sat out a few evenings and witnessed quite the show. If these are man made, it's beyond my comprehension. I don't know how to describe it, other than you have to see for yourself. We are not alone! Jesse H."

"We loved the seclusion and privacy of this property. The house is well maintained and updated. Beautiful beach with good snorkeling. Appreciated the water cooler and high-end appliances. Enjoyed dinners at Hidden Treasures and Greenwood Resort. Everyone on the island was kind and helpful. We rented a car through Alvernia and it was a positive experience. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have the air conditioning. Raj was always responsive and helpful with all our questions and concerns. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and found a nearby cave that was fun to explore. Saw lots of turtles, rays, and beautiful fish while snorkeling. We hope to return!"

"When I tell you that this is paradise. Believe me! There is not one view that will disappoint. The house was perfect and everything we needed was provided. Harrison the caretaker is a gem and was so attentive to our needs and questions. The owner,Stephanie sent very detailed instructions and information before we left making our visit stress free.We flew to Ft.Lauderdale and took Markers Air to Cat Island. We rented our car from Gilbert’s and shopped at their market almost everyday. We drove from the south end to the north end and visited many places in between. It is a magical place and we have plans to return next year. Please don’t pass up on this place because of extra travel to get there. It is worth it! If I could give it 100 stars, I would."

"We spent 7 days at the Kiki house and absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for me and my husband and our two teenage daughters. Plenty of space, and I really appreciated having a washer/dryer, so that we didn’t have to pack as much clothing. We spent time on back deck/patio every day… gorgeous view of the water! The location was fantastic. We love to snorkel and the fact that we had a pristine beach with incredible reefs only steps from our back door was amazing!! Things we saw in the water off our beach: nurse sharks, spotted eagle rays, a sea turtle, and hundreds upon hundreds of different types of fish. It was an incredible experience. ❤️"

"My wife and I spent two weeks at this location and couldn't have been happier. This is one of the nicest homes I have ever stayed at through VRBO. The owner was responsive and very helpful, as was the local suport staff, although we didn't really need anything. The beach was just steps away and there were never more than a couple of people visible on the several miles of amazing, fine sand beach - and usually there was no one in sight!. Some great walking trails, beautiful beach, friendly (but not nosy) and helpful neighbours and a lovely small resort and restaurant close by (two minute walk). Only heads-up is that it is a long drive to the only airport currently open on the island, but I consider that a plus. Our flight was cancelled heading home and people were so helpful that it wasn't even that stressful of an experience. Love the Bahamas - love this place!'"
