"I ever stayed here for more than a month for some business. Breafast and dinner are very great. Also this hotel have an excellent sea view, it was good for photos and time-lapse. Locals often come to organize activity such as wedding, party and so on. Waiter and waitress are very friendly. It's the bese hotel in Palu. Thank you for your serving! "

"We love coming here each year but it seems to be going down in standards. Many rooms have air conditioning that does not work so we had to change until we got a good one. Bathrooms need better cleaning as well as pool. Some staff were great, some not so great. The food was quite good. Breakfast, view and pool great value for price. The lasagne they had in 2015 was amazing..bring back the old chef. Please put hand soap in rooms. I should not have to demand it after being told to use the pump...

"The rooms were clean and the bed were very comfortable. But customer service in the other hand could use some improvement. We booked and paid for 3 sea view rooms for new years celebration but the views from our rooms were mostly pool view instead of sea view. There weren’t any toiletries in the two rooms we stayed. We called the front desk several times to request toiletries, they promised to deliver it to the rooms but no one came. There were also some misinformation from the front desk...

Bathrooms need better cleaning as well as pool. Some staff were great, some not so great. The food was quite good. Breakfast, view and pool great value for price. The lasagne they had in 2015 was amazing..bring back the old chef. Please put hand soap in rooms. I should not have to demand it after being told to use the pump soap in shower!! People need to wash hands after toilet!!! So shocked to see cotton buds, toothbrushes, hair cap in bathroom but no hand soap for sink in any room!! Next year I will try out other hotels."
