"Son unos impresentables. Teniamos reservada una noche y cuando llegamos al Hostal, a la 1 de la madrugada (dicen q disponen recepacion 24 h, por eso lo reserve) estaba cerrado, no respondian al timbre, ni al teléfono. Tras 30 minutos. Respondieron al tirar piedras a una ventana (con cuidado para no romper) y nos echaron de alli diciendo q no habia tal reserva y q estaba completo. Todo ello en medio de la nada en la sierra de Madrid y al lado de la A1... Nos tuvimos que buscar la vida...."

"Carlos and Jonny were a great help in all regards but the property really is a hostel and not a hotel. Unless you are ok with rustic hostel accommodations pick another property. The price is good for being on Grand Via and that was my criteria for a short stay in Madrid on the way home from 2 weeks in Asturius. "Perfect for our requirements. We flew in and out of Madrid with a one night stay at this property either side of a week in Alicante. Tres Cantos is easy to reach by train or taxi from Madrid and the nightly rates at this hotel are much lower. There is a nice park nearby, grocery stores and some low key restaurants. The hotel breakfast is very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "
