"I really had a great time at this property. Only thing I had issue with is that only hot water was coming out of tap in wash basin, when I tried to move right in the cold water direction, it was getting turned off. Rest of the things are pretty good. It would have been amazing if the rooms had a balcony but they have few common balconies on each floor, so that’s fine."

"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

I wanted to check out earlier than 8 nights but did not get the right support from Hotels.Com customer care service which forced me to stay an extra night and pay commission fees for one night I did not stay.
