"Reservation confirmed by Expedia, and document confirmation provided, but Hotel had no record of my reservation. Spent over an hour with staff that were reluctant to help at first. Eventually they gave me a room on the 5th floor. Both elevators broken had to walk up 5 flights. No towels in the room and staff unable to understand. Original reservation was for 2 nights, but checked out after the first days fiasco with a charge of "

"There had been an earthquake in 2023 and the area around the hotel had been destroyed. Many historical sites destroyed too so we left after two days. Who ever built the hotel and the Hotel Museum built them to sustain earthquakes."
