"Booked a suite, pictures on expedia of room were nice, but didnt match the reality of what was provided. Room Smaller , and last decorated sometime in the 1950's. old but functional furniture. room fridge not working properly. AC noisy and needs cleaned. Staff were friendly enough. No spa on site, only a leaflet in room. Far better value and more modern options available. Wouldnt pay this much for museum room again."

Eventually they gave me a room on the 5th floor. Both elevators broken had to walk up 5 flights. No towels in the room and staff unable to understand.
