No air conditioning, we couldn’t even open the window because of huge black bugs. Safe in the room was out of order ( probably low battery). Fridge cabinet was empty. Nice hotel but weak management. "We've visited Therme Laa - Hotel & Spa twice during a posting in Vienna. The hotel is easily accessible from Vienna also by train. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby train station in Laa. The hotel has a high standard and a rather good restaurant. The therme complex is the main reason to visit with excellent facilities both inside and outside. The complex is very much child-friendly (we visited with a two-year-old son). "It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up "
