"The hotel itself is nice the rooms are clean and spacious. The food is very good and quick room service. The staff is helpful and courteous. The neighborhood in Chandi Chowk is a bit discomforting. While it's very close to Red Fort and Jama Masjid the hotel itself is hidden in an alley inaccessible to transportation and honestly not safe for families. As a solo male backpacker it was ideal and budget friendly."

"The hotel was very comfortable. We only stayed for one night after we landed in Delhi but wished we were here for longer. The room was spectacular. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. They arranged a car to collect us from the airport but there was a communication issue and the car didn't come, the problem was very quickly sorted and a taxi was arranged for us immediately and covered in full by the hotel. "I have stayed here number of times, highly affordable, safe and friendly staff. Hotel provides taxi and tours to near by places. Being a South Indian felt very much at home with my broken Hindi. My visits to Agra, Delhi sightseeings were nominal and perfect. And also for US visa interview this was all the more perfect VAC and Embassy are 20 mins away. We didn't like the lunches, but the Complimentary breakfast and Dinners were very good. But I would still go ahead and highly recommend this...

"While asleep around 11PM. I had a couple walk in to the room. They got in to the room with a key given to them by the hotel receptionist. You have to go to the receptionist everyday to get your room reassigned to you throughout your stay. That nice couple had been there for a few days already and had a few more days left to their reservation. So they walked in to the room that they had been assigned to for the reservation.
